My day consisted of Greeting clients as they came into the office, checking emails, and phone messages, making sure that the correct phone call/email got passed on to the appropriate person. Checking the mail and delivering it to the correct person. Reception Relief. Transfering Funds. Doing office errands and bank deposits. Typing up letters. I learned that it was a friendly place to work for, the people for the most part were great and the hardest part of this job was feeling that the position was not fit for me

- Meeting clients and providing them with professional financial advice

Work day was based around helpdesk and day to day support of staff. This encompassed all user accounts,PC's, peripherals, telephony, network needs.
Daily sharing tasks with a team that was well organized and structured to meet the needs of users. Hardest part of the job was the long hours at times. Most enjoyable is the staff to which you got to work with.

Unique culture. Food gathering almost once every two months for celebrating. Co-worker caring is great and help each other. 
Management struggling for changing from family business to corporate. Loss direction on the market. Company has been acquired two times.

As a volunteer, I didn't do much. Just filled in for the receptionist when she wasn't around and a typical day was simply sitting down, answering phone calls and attending to walk-in clients; booking appointments and such. It wasn't really a hard job and it was fairly enjoyable, as the food was free and good!

Typical day at work could range from answering calls or helping with administrative work to manual labor such as moving filing cabinets arranging furniture or moving filing boxes.
