DO NOT WORK HERE if you actually want to get paid.
If you are a strong and muscular man who is not afraid of a confrontation then you will probably make it.
However, if you are a young girl who doesn't have much experience of dealing with ridiculous situation, you probably will end up like the majority of us - you quit because you are so fed up and now you will have to chase them for your hard-earned money. 
Mind you. The owner has this weird thought of "I will pay you EVENTUALLY so WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU GETTING SO UPSET RIGHT NOW". He will literally ignore you, or become pretty rude and offensive if you keep pushing.
Basically you will have to spend MONTHS, BEGGING for the money that you worked for. Doesn't matter to them if you have bills to pay. You get the money whenever they feel like paying you. and yes I am still working on mine as well.

Let's not talk about shortcomings in the culture, the management, the working conditions, the hours, the tips etc.. if you don't mind NOT getting paid on time (or, at all), nothing will stop you from applying anyways, right?

The most enjoyable part is that you get to work with a lot of young people which is fun. The sweets and the chocolate fountains make the workplace interesting as well. The job (as a server) itself is not difficult and the atmosphere on the floor is usually pretty good.
If you consider it as a volunteer opportunity then you will be just fine.
I just feel the need to post a comment, which I have never done it before, because I don't want to see anyone fall victim to it.

Don’t work here if you actually want to get paid. They have no set payday and pay whenever they want and withhold tips. The management is horrible and they lie about everything: wages, hours, tips and the like. Highly unprofessional workplace they are only looking to take advantage of young students. The only good thing about working here was the other workers and the customers are really nice. I hardly leave reviews but i feel this is necessary to warn other young girls DONT WORK HERE!!!!

Despite loving the work and my coworkers, and the freedom to be creative while providing customers with good food and service, I cannot recommend working at the Lakeshore Location. Dealing with an abusive owner, various unsafe working conditions, and receiving a pitiful fraction of the tip pool, along with the general disrepair of the building, made working here a nightmare.

I have worked there for four weeks and i enjoyed it at first but then i realized that the hours that i was getting for my shifts were really not compatible with my school i would understand that maybe once a week that would need me till 1:00 am but i noticed after a few shift that my shifts were only going to be until close which is why i would like to find a job that is more suitable and closer to me

Supportive management team and creative and sociable work environment. Management didn't however distribute tasks effectively to employees.

The work it self was fun. I wouldn't get busy until night and the rules were very relaxed. The thing is we would never get paid on time, up to 3 months late, they were very irresponsible and we were always out of stuff, not a great place to work unless you are really desperate.

its fun to work in dunkndip as well as with the other employees. i love being part of the success of the company. Making customer satified with a sweet smile from our varieties of sweets and service

Dunk'n'Dip is an amazing restaurant but the work environment can be quite demanding. The management can be hard to deal with but respect a hard worker and reward you well.

Disorganized, the crew was horrible. Doesn't treat you like a proper human being, and overtime work (unpaid). Employees and employers only care about themselves, don't join.

The company needs to improve work ethics and learn how to treat their employees. When I first started working here I liked it but towards the end it turned into a nightmare.
