Management really needs some work. The amount of work that piles up requires you to be in two-three places at once. Other workers think the high pressure steam boiler plant and 4000KW Ammonia plant can be left for hours and hours on end just to finish one of their tasks that can easily be done by a production worker like moving a barrel from a point to b point.
Management likes band-aid solutions and that requires you to constantly monitor that piece of equipment/system which takes your time away from doing PM’s.
Work-Life balance is out the window when you’re working here, they only have 3 shift engineers running a 24/7 plant with no relief which required some shift engineers to work 25 days straight (including a schedule change that required us to go from days to nights with no break in between). 
They require you to be trained asap which is not safe nor do you learn as much due to time constraints.
Management tries to make this bridge between the maintenance crew and engineers as we can’t ask them for help but they’d like us to help them when they need an extra hand.
All in all, if you need the experience, go for it but don’t plan on staying long and DEFINITELY do not go into this thinking it’s going to be an organized company.

Repeated very hard work every day, such as moving objects over 20 kg countless times, and repeatedly bending over 90 degrees to move heavy objects, there is a chance to work in a very hot and very freezing environment without being notified in advance  .
Workers are restricted to only one toilet every two hours, and each time to go to the toilet is only 5 minutes

I had a very disappointing experience working here. The management was unprofessional and showed little regard for employees’ well-being. Communication was poor, and there was a serious lack of transparency. Expectations were unrealistic, and the workload was overwhelming, with no proper support or resources to help meet deadlines. There was also a toxic culture of favoritism, which created a lot of tension among staff. Overall, I felt undervalued and constantly stressed, which made it hard to stay motivated. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy work environment.

Having close relationships with local farmers.

Extremely toxic work environment. Very poor management in most departments

Busy. I would frequently have to work through my breaks.

A very unorganized place to work at. Management uses intimation as a method of command. Management thinks the workers are the reason for this company's failure, but it's clearly not the case. Management ranging from the Manager itself to supervisors, and lead hands are a bunch of clowns running the place. 0 knowledge of management whatsoever. 

Worked there as a pre-op inspector. Very fast paced manufacturing place. Company has CFIA inspectors on site who can be extremely stricted.Also, there are some typicall manufacturing drama in place as well.

Cold working area, need stay in the cooler around 8 hours. fast working area, learned how to do the pre-operative monitoring and GMP inspection and CCP test.

it's okay, poor management. communication is not the greatest. people are just coming and going there just like a revolving door. long hours and forced overtime

Very physically demanding job. The manager always changes my work and made me lose the goal. Our line always stops producing and helps other lines to do some heavy job. 

No work life balance a pretty normal day for me was starting at 9:00 am and ending my day at 10:00 pm. If you don't mind long days it's an all rite place to work.
