Seems to be a problem with planning things out in advance. Always feels like you're behind on tasks and rather than planning things out more efficiently they just expect everyone to jump from task to task in the hopes that everything will get handled. Poor planning should not warrant everyone panicking to get things complete. Some of the management can be seen wandering around and never actually doing work, just making themselves seem busy. If you bring up issues you're usually told that it's just how things are and you need to deal with it. Very unorganized and people have to take on more work than necessary to pick up the slack of others. There are different expectations you're held too depending on how long you've been there and how close you are with management. Some can miss so many days and have nothing happen but others miss a day and have disappointment expressed about them not being there

The management is not good there at all. They expect the world from you with little guidance other than reading an operations sheet on how each job is supposed to be done or one person tells you how to do it then another says you're doing it wrong. They never have the proper tools for the job to make it safe nor do they support proper work safety. They expect cleaners to clean on a huge ladder to reach things on the ceiling, which causes you to have to lean and create unsafe situations to get the job they want done....the way they want it done. They ask ask ask and don't make you feel like a part of the team. With covid they expect you to come in even if you're having symptoms....if you don't and follow the covid rules...you WILL most likely get fired. They want you to be there for them but they aren't there for you when it comes down to it. Your health and happiness don't matter to them at all. The job itself isn't the problem, it's the people.

this is not a company you want to be at, they have terrible mgmt. they constantly change your schedule and hours and don't get why people are upset to go from 40 hours a week to 4 with 0 warning about it. then they tell you to be greatful for 21$ an hour. it doesn't matter if it's 50$ an hour if you only give 10 hours a week?

they will waste your time and your mental health. the office staff are clueless and useless and think they're too good to work w regular staff. you will spend all your time frustrated with how bad everything is organized. 

this place constantly has too many people or not enough people so theres a great chance you'll be hired and then layed off or they will just cut your hours til you quit. 


The company is trying their best, but it seems like outside complications effect the staff more than it should.
Layoffs happen every year that I've heard, job security relies on your position in the work force and not your seniority.
If you are ok with early mornings and doing 1 of 3 tasks for the entire week, like myself, its a wonderful job. Pay is wonderful, benefit access after 3 months, benefits cover EVERYTHING.
Most annoying part of the job was the amount of paperwork you needed to read and understand within your first week.
IDK what happened in 2022, but since then management has changed hands and I would absolutely go back to this company.

If you value your mental health do not work here, your back is NOT safe. They DON'T care about you or your time, as if you are a minute late it is the end of the world but then you have to do 2 hours extra regardless, mandatory btw. I have been called many degrading names by multiple managers and they WILL set you up to fail. You only get to go outside ONCE a day, your car is parked on the side of a road, and they hate giving anyone a raise, in the close to full year I was there there wasn't a single one.

If you value your health, and or mental health, I would suggest finding another place of employment, they will make you work through epoxy fumes, and power outages, if there is a fire they tell the kitchen to stay in and not risk loosing their pots, they value money over employees 

Dycar Pharma is expanding, under construction and the work force has gone from 14 - 70+ in a year. I have been rewarded and praised for working hard and doing my job. We can sit or stand and listen to music while we work, it is fast paced. Some people who have worked here like to just show up, get paid and do nothing, this is a place to work if you want to grow within an organization. If you want to stay home every other day and have your mom bring you peanut butter sandwiches while you play on your PlayStation, this is not the place for you.

There is lots of cleaning involved but the job isn’t very physically demanding for the most part it is repetitive work but there isn’t any experience required I would suggest to anyone who’s looking for a chill job that is unlike any other as long as your willing to put the work in and think of better ways to do things it’s a great place 

The management is organized, supportive, and the team was great to work with, creating a positive work environment. The best part was being able to listen to music or podcasts while working, which helped make the day go by fast.

However, it can be very tedious and the smell of cannabis on your clothes, body, and car is something you have to get used to. Overall, it’s a good job if you enjoy staying busy and being part of a solid team.

This place it’s not run properly, there is no HR, no repercussions for bad behaviour and if you bring up issues of poor behaviour or safety watch your back cuz you’ll either be fired or labelled as a problem.  There are some really amazing people who work here who are never given the opportunity to showcase their skills.  Training is a joke here and no one knows their job and are constantly told to do things outside of their skills with no compensation.
