The wage seems good but the atmosphere is brutal. The schedule is always tight and it's always your fault. Management treats the employees like disobedient children and not professional or even like adults. Some policies are very dumb such as a mandatory near miss a week. Don't try to be union they don't care about you or the union. Hours are policed very hard. You sit during your breaks and that is it. Don't get caught taking a water break or a sip of coffee or your the worst employee they've had. You take the bad attitude home with you and your always miserable. The ok wage is not worth it. I took a 4$ pay cut leaving and it was worth every penny to have my happiness back. Would give 0 stars if I could. 

 a typical day at work there, is a lot of stress for no good reason. the deadlines are always tight and they're always Begging for overtime, then the job not being done on time will forever be your fault. every mistake you make to them will be the end of the world. 
Management and senior employees frequently bullied the greener employees. 
There was an instance where harassment of the gender kind was reported, and the victim ended up being terminated in the end. 
the hardest part of the job is simply working up the will to show up in the morning knowing you will not be treated or paid well. 
the most enjoyable part of the job was going home and not having to talk to management.

They bully their employees. Underpaid workers

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They bring princess auto tools for industry work. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressfull work environment. Alot of discrimination about race and religion. Manager and supervisor both were together for insulting their employees 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nothing just have to deal with their things which make no sense at all.

Work culture is definitely fast passed. Work hard and show interest in becoming better and you will be able to move up. As much overtime as you want with no limits due to multiple shifts. Apprenticeship is offered to all employees along with ongoing training. Little tolerance for slacking, in the end you will find yourself looking for a new job.

I had a brilliant experience, my job felt secure, I was treated very well by management.
The team felt like the family at work. I never had to feel stressed coming into work, everyday I left feeling good about the day. 
I always felt that I could talk to anyone/everyone about any concerns that I had. 
It really was like having a group of Brothers and sisters at work, we all joked and laughed together. 
The work was always engaging and Interesting.  

Terrible higher ups. Treated like dogs, bullied, made fun of every day towards even veteran employees. Pay was a slap in the face which confused me on how they keep quality workers. Safety is non existent unless something happens. Procedures are not clear, and it is not a very good learning environment for new apprentices. Lots of heavy steel work and welding. That’s the only plus.

Treated like dogs, lower pay but Decent benefits. Say they’ll review pay every few months but never do. J man makes less than 1st year. Expected to work overtime every time even if you had booked days off. They don’t like paying travel so they pay extremely poorly when it comes to any travelling.

the owner and a bunch of coworkers were pretty good guys to work with but the safety culture in the field is seriously lacking. Supervisors preach safety first yet don't want to hear about your concerns and walk away from you without hearing you out then tell superiors that you don't want to do or refuse to do the task.

Good place to work if you like working play overtime offered they are very reasonable dealing with other aspects of employees life besides a job guaranteed job security if you come to work every day and do your job nothing more nothing less

Found the schedule to be a bit demanding at times. Project managers would constantly take new jobs whether it fits in the schedule or not. 
Great place to learn basic fabrication of structural steel. Lots of different processes are available to learn and use.
