On a typical day, I collaborated with a friendly and professional team. My tasks included reconciling account receivables and preparing the monthly payment received per client. Communicated with the client to resolve any variances, and I often assisted in the regular auditing procedure. The management team showed great respect and trust in my abilities, which made the work environment very positive.

I learned the importance of effective communication and teamwork. Additionally, I gained valuable insights into the implanted new software, which has significantly contributed to my professional growth.

The management team was exceptional. They were supportive, respectful, and always open to feedback. Their professionalism and trust in my abilities made me feel valued and motivated.

The workplace culture was very positive and inclusive. The team was friendly and collaborative, with a strong sense of mutual respect and professionalism. This created an environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing ideas and working together.

The hardest part of the job was balancing my part-time work with other commitments. However, the supportive team and flexible management made it manageable.

The most enjoyable part of the job was working with such a friendly and professional team. I also appreciated the trust and respect I received from the management, which made me feel valued and motivated to contribute my best.

Dynaleos cons far out weight the pros..

Pros: The pay is slightly above average and the 3 day weekend is nice but they treat there employees with no regard for there wellbeing.

Cons: No work culture was promoted for any vacation or holiday celebrations, no annual raises, and no communication between office and floor staff, Toxic upper managment that manipulates the other workers too push beyond there means. Cycles out employees every year and 0 consistency between processes. Always implementing new procedures without ever thinking things through.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best thing about working for this company is you can wear jewelry.  The management lets you do what you want and you can stroll in late every morning and no one will notice or care.
The line of communication is fantastic.🤣😂

Sending out product that is unsuitable and does not meet standards

Not much of a positive work environment.

No one from the top all the way down cares.

the company is to weak even the management doesn’t have communications that’s why they always have chaos you don’t know who you will follow, only the upper management have the say they doesn’t care about the people down, if you want a position always talk to the manager, not a healthy work place environment. 3 times promised for increase but nothing! someone said free lunch but  there is no free lunch.

The hours are long and depressing. It is hard to balance life and work. Rotation is hard on both mind and body.

Management always promise stuff they don't actually mean and they always say they care about their people but they don't. They ask their people about their opinions/suggestions but they do NOT follow up and leave their employees waiting.

This place is disorganized and upper management has no clear sight. They do not care for the workers, everyone is over worked. Upper management does not consider anyone else besides themselves. Toxic work culture, no chance for advancement.

One of the best company I’ve ever work. All teams are nice friendly and collaborative, professional.

Long hours, no real work life balance with forever changing schedule. Weak management. Only good thing was pay is a little above average for this kind of company. 

Management was toxic. Rampant cronyism. Places unqualified people in charge. It was dumpster fire.
Met some nice people but the overall energy was chaotic and toxic. You only get ahead of you throw others under the bus and cry loud enough 

If I could rate lower I would, 100% mismanagement and disorganization that drove this company to the ground. It could have succeeded in a relatively new market, but it was just bad decision after bad decision after bad decision.
