The work day is very exhausting but really useful. I learnt there a lot about my job and how to create good opportunities. Management is great, they help, listen and support. Management invest in their employees. My co-workers are great, we have a lot of good memories and hard days also. The hardest thing was how to overcome problems with what was available in your hand which was not easy. The most enjoyable part was doing every thing for the first time, achieving success after too much effort, following every single chance. i really love my x-company and if it wasn't for the low salary and increasing life burdens, I wouldn't leave it

What is the best part of working at the company?
Best part is not having to work for them at all unless you fit in with the click or family you should be good!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everyone in the shop or millwright  do not work as a team can not approach them ask questions with out rude or dirty looks from the very start 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Never seen anything like it before from the top down to the new guys felt like you had to prove your self to a bunch of young kids who never respected you 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Do more work, work harder to prove your self and then maybe maybe you can have respect

Company is poorly organized and is losing money.  Tried several times to manage and drive the company to profit but was undermined by company owner.  Will not let employees to do there jobs to the best of their abilities with out micro managing and poor direction.  Owner insist on by passing safety regulations to complete jobs as cheap as possible.  I would not recomend or work for this employer.

Was quality physical labour, taught me ideals and serious work ethic in regards to the physical labour field and similarly related trades. The best thing about working for them was the overall care the had for us as employees

Well working at Dynamic I learnt that office work is not easy, some days it's slow and some days it so fast paced you can't keep up. It's just better to keep your head down and keep working. It's a little mind melting sitting in a quiet cramped office but you make do with what you get, right!

Dynamic is a fantastic job that is very fulfilling. The culture and management are very supportive of your role and ambitions. This is a role that gives you a lot of training and opportunity for self development.

Started out as laborer and went on to do my 3 year apprenticeship. learned how to read blue prints, fit various brackets,build tanks and skids.run the shop for a year

I was fired a week after my surgery after my boss gave me Covid and I had to take a couple days  off . It was horrible for me and my family with zero reason or heads up 

Great place to work, I feel very welcomed as they are my family. If you aren’t a part of the fam, you may also have a warm welcoming to our cleaning life.

The owner has a GM that dosnt have a clue of any industry, there was a lot of things that went on that probably not right. There wasn’t a work home life balance
