Dynamic Attractions

Very unstable place to work, you get hired run out of work and lay you off while shop still runs seven days a week on overtime for the greedy guys with seniority to keep the work for themselves. There are too many managers and presidents and company spends more than it makes and is millions of dollars in debt and can't pay suppliers, or union dues or benefits for employees. Wages were always paid though if you didn't get laid off! plant manager is a real first class jerk !!!

The company suffers from leadership issues resulting in a confused workplace and many engineering challenges. They have built some of the best Theme Park Rides in the world and though their Dynamic Structures Division have built more than half the structures and enclosures for the worlds high altitude observatory telescopes.

The organization is extremely top heavy, with very arrogant management. They are using every available tool at their disposal to refuse payments of overdue vacation, and refuse to pay for seek days, even though there are two yearly seek days negotiated on the collective agreement.

It's an okay place to work, a lot of bosses, company spends more money than it makes, there's only two toilets for the whole entire plant and they sold their property to move across the street to a smaller one, not very smart.  
        They also have the best safety record out of any shopping Canada 3 million hours without a time-lost incident.

Very weak minded people who makes decisions based on race and skin colour. 
Management skills are almost 0 and expectations are sky high 

Overall Financial of the company keep going down since they started. 

 

Dynamic is a strong group of engineers who are currently evolving in their capabilities and processes for Electrical and Controls engineering. They are trying to discover their processes and leadership in the Electrical and Controls group.

Good work environment, helpful lead hands. If an error was done on your part, minimal punishments helped workers stay confident on the job. Good team of coworkers with well rounded skill sets in many aspects of trades

Great people and great work. Enjoyed my department but may not be true for other departments. Learned a lot and can take transferable skills from the workplace.
