Dynamic Building Control

Dynamic Building Controls offers a very safe and inviting work environment. You will learn something new everyday. I enjoy learning about how the HVAC equipment works, and other various control systems. Management makes you feel welcome, and they work hard to ensure you have everything you need. The best part of my job is the variety. I enjoy being able to work in different areas of different jobs as oppose to being stuck on 1 large work site for a long period of time.

I’ve only been working here for a short period of time, but still I receive the same respect and treatment as one who’d been here for years. My coworkers are all kind and understanding if I ever make a mistake, the boss is always thankful for the work I put in and always willing to tend to our every need. My only beef would be that I feel slightly underpaid, but I feel that there are definitely more pros than cons.

Dynamic Building Control is a company with great technicians and office staff that appreciate each other and their clients. Every day is an adventure participating and learning about multiple project requirements. Communication and Time Management is key to successful project management .

Would strongly recommend Dynamic Building Control as a workplace. Tons of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization. Multiple other companies reside within the building. Lateral movement between each company is also an option.

There isn't much to complain about when working for Dynamic. They have great managers and are growing rapidly. Staff in the office are very friendly and easy going. 

Dynamic has been a great place to work for. The president is friendly and involved. Everyday people are laughing, smiling and having fun. If you don't like having fun at work this might not be the place for you.

This is a very fun and interesting environment to grow and learn in. There is always something new to experience and I am encourage to try new ideas. Things are fast paced, but that keeps me engaged and interested.

Dynamic Building Control is a good place to work because the staff are friendly and the hours are reasonable (8am-4:30pm). I get to work with the owners on a daily basis and learn from them.

Management is very supportive, and I know that I'll be supplied whatever I need to do my job. The work is highly variable, which is challenging and exciting. I get to often see/experience new things.

Friendly and flexible work environment. Lots of good people around to help out when you're in need. Management is very kind which is very important to a happy workplace.
