What was once a good place to work turned into a complete gong show in the past three years. The guys on the floor are good, with the exception of a few, the foreman are top notch, the front office management though are completely incompetent, I wouldn't even trust them to run a one weiner hot dog stand! Unfortunately this trickles down to the shop floor creating a miserable work environment where you question your future with the company on a daily basis expecting to either get layed off or quit out of frustration. 

Lots of overtime when projects are being built or taken apart, very challenging assemblies, not a good place for lazy or unskilled tradesman as deadlines can be very tight. Deadbeats will be let go very quick. Very thick in upper level management, floor level managers reasonable if you do good work. Production has it's challenges, normal with all new projects. learned a lot about perfect alignments and gearing setups, some really smart engineers some not as smart.

company is top heavy in management 
with  short sighted managers
that are always doing things at the last minute.
People on the floor work well and cooperate with each other to get things done.
There are interesting projects for the trades people and engineers

Poor management, low salary, high expectations. Good colleagues & innovative projects. Exposed you only to amusement type project, so if you get laid off, which is very expected, your resume may not catch other industry jobs

It was a great place to work at and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Some very interesting projects that were challenging and exciting to see them through from design phase, in house fabrication, and installation/commissioning.

Great group of talented people. 
Would work there again in a heart beat.

Was a great place to work until they went bankrupt. End of an era. Talented group in the shop repeatedly derailed by revolving door management that never really understood the local economy.
