Dynamig can be a good work place for those who are currently in school or need to pay off debts, but over a long period of time it may become too much for some to handle. There is almost always overtime and for some that may be beneficial, however for others it may become difficult to balance your daily life and time at work. Injuries are common for those who have been there for longer than six months, and contracts are preferred by the company rather than actually hiring their employee's on. This works both ways, if you don't intend to stay for a long period of time it should be no problem for you, however if you plan on remaining there you will have to work with six months of contract work on a long term basis. Some have been on contract for almost two years and have not seen full time employment.

Overall, Dynamig is a good work place and pays well, they treat employee's fairly but don't hire full time associates very often.

lots of work but I've had a lot of issues with management, fellow workers and most leads are great along with most coordinators, management just cares about money and dosent reward people that have been there for 10 plus years compared to new associates that do 1/4 of the work and get paid almost the same, demoting people that have been there 8 years and having new leads that don't no half of what they should years later, need to show more respect to people that have gave 10 years 6 days a week of there lives to only feel that they don't care about use and only care about the new hires and keeping them even though 80 percent of them no nothing and want to learn nothing

Dyna-Mig is committed to excellence and leads in 5S implementation. Every job is clearly defined - responsibilities and expectation. There are no gray areas - work is simplified and the process is designated for every person from the material handler, operator to QA and team leaders. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help the new employee. From the start, you will be advised that work is 6 days a week because the facility is so diversified in the number of its clients that is really busy all the time.

a typical day around here varied. we ran into lack of man power issues, so I welded on the mainline finished cradles as they came off the line. Call ins and disorganized management made for some confusing days, sometimes there was days they had to move us several times to accommodate WIP needs.

Human Resources are the absolute worst at Dynamig everyone of them should loose their jobs and the Managers have no idea what's going on.  Every Sole hates working there.  They give you Ice-cream bars to show their appreciation how's that for gratitude lol.  Treat workers like children DON'T DO IT ....

It was one of my favorite jobs.
Hr was helpful, i got along with most of the people i talked with and they take good care of there workers.
The only thing that was really hard with my job there was the travel time and the 6 day work week. 
There was no time to have a life.
My life is worth more to me then the money.

just bad company.... they don't care about the employees or if they take medications they really don't care what you have to do in order to show up for the shift they went you to come for... i worked nights and out of nowhere they changed it without asking if i can even do it

I worked on GP12 where they do inspection of front wheel and all wheel cradle for GMC and they use all safety precaution to make working environment safe.   
I have learned and experienced the TQM process and quality assurance standards.

Its pretty stressful, usually 8 hours or 12, you could survive on painkillers, If you can't stand the smell of metals, oil and all that engine stuff, don't bother cause the nose mask they give won't help you
The good- break  time is paid
