Dynamite has much room for advancement. The management takes in account your work ethic and what you would like to advance to and makes a plan to build you into that role. There is job shadowing available if you would like to consider a role in the company you may not be sure. 

Benefits were great, you had an option from Basic, Silver, Gold. Vacation was two weeks per calendar year. There was an option to register for RRSP. Employee discount on regular prices clothing is 50% off. Any winter jackets or season stuff is 20% or 25% off. Employee discount has a 750.00 cap for every 3 months and can only be used at the store you work at as well as the Garage in the same mall. 

Management was very involved and supportive. They give you maximum training and also communicating within emails for any questions. 

The company has very high expectations for reaching your sales goals and making recommendation but it has absolutely no commission at all which is a terrible part. 

Overall, it is a very good company to work for and amazing people.

I work at dynamite at metro and It’s honestly not too bad in terms of what you have to do and all my co workers are more or less chill. They all got the same vibe so just match that and you’ll find working with them isn’t bad at all. Some of the girls there are super friendly and cool. 
Back of house in the morning usually starts at 7am till 10am/11am with there rare 6/6:30am start here and there. Sometimes you’ll work late afternoon/evening shifts and do some back of house tasks too. I’d say the only real issue is the work hours. Maybe I just don’t have the right days open but I sometimes only get 3 hours a week so like 1 shift, and coming from a far location is so not worth it at minimum wage. Maybe overtime I could get more hours but I’ve been there for almost 5 months and I’m still running into this issue. 
Not sure about the sales position but both back of house and sales team are always expected to hit their numbers in terms of kpi/uph/sales targets, especially by the manager(s).

The company is constructed to benefit it's sales and does not consider their employee's interests. They violate the Ministry of Labour rules and ignore meaningful or harmful actions.

The head-office of Groupe Dynamite does not change their actions after receiving various complaints and concerns. These come from districts with stores that face discrimination, inequality, theft, gossip etc. through store managers and employees.

Working in an environment filled with only girls means you have to learn to only mind your business and not speak about certain things to create unnecessary drama or tensions, but once you’ve learned to do that, you will find yourself in a very nice and healthy work environment that you won’t want to leave. The coworkers are nice, the managers are “humans” and are understanding and kind. I really recommend.

Good place to work. 
Work life balance is hard especially if you have a child.. hard to balance a higher role working in store and daycare drop off and pick ups, as you’re required to do openings/closings and no way to work around it. 
The environment is great with amazing staff and higher ups are often supportive in career paths. 

Typical days of work consisted of being on cash, counting tills, cleaning, and folding. Throughout my duration I have experienced wrongful treatment, disrespect, no breaks even though its a law. Nothing more to say, would never work at the Toronto premium outlets location again.

Hours may be subjective to your individual sales during the busy retail seasons. Wish there were more hours during the off-season as a part-timer (depends on location). Coworkers are some of the kindest people you will meet. Clothes are affordable & you get 50% off as an employee.

I  worked For Dynamite Garage for 3 years, along with other great employees who were great motivators. I believe that when one enjoys working with a staff, he or she does more than asked, which was my case working for this company.

It's a nice place you work and you get proper training and a discount on the clothing that you are required to wear in store (or wear all black) but the length of shifts is pitiful. 3 hour shifts multiple times a week instead of having you work a 6 or 8 hour shift every few days. 

Super fun and welcoming place to work! Staff are friendly and always willing to help out and answer questions. Discount is amazing because you have access to dynamite and garage clothes. Giving 4/5 because upper management kind of sucks :( it is what it is though
