Dynamite is a very good place for young people to start their career with a lot of growth potential. The company have tendency to not value experience as much as it could. After employee reach a certain level they will push away the experience staff to the younger and less experience candidate profit. There is a big employee turnover. The working environment is very stimulating and the pay is generally good compare to the general market.

I worked there while living in Toronto and helped several stores. I was a great place to learn the ins and out of how a business works if you are starting out. If you are a hard worker they are good about moving people up. Only left because I was working 2 jobs and picked the one where I making more money and made more sense to me at the time.

Coworkers were friendly and nice to be around, but this one specific manager was so passive aggressive and it felt like walking around eggshells with her around. How much sales you make determines whether you’ll even get more hours, which sucks especially if you’re new and don’t know what you’re doing.

working here was an excellent experience. It really made me enjoy working in the retail industry. It thought me how to work with a team and how to improve as a sales associate.

At work, you will either be on cash or floating around the floor or in the fitting rooms helping customers. The workplace culture is amazing, except for management.

Lots of opportunities, you just have to be able to work hard and care about the job. The expectations are very high and they are working on ways to support more the teams and their challenges.

Its a decent job, the pay obviously isnt fantastic but the people were really nice and you learn a few skills. You get discounts on the clothes so if you like the clothes it can be worth it.

Good discount on clothes, friendly coworkers but poor management. Many people quit. It is not ideal to work full-time. Part-time is okay for students.

People very friendly and willing to help and teach  
Good place to work, ambience is really great
