I like the job environment very much at ECS. People is nice and always ready to help and to share their experience, knowledge and support. We are also ready to receive your ideas and look for improvement. Sure, like any IT job, there is always a certain level of stress, but when working with a team like this you'll never be alone. We only ask in exchange your commitment to the job and your personal effort to learn and auto-improve.

Small company very little to no growth potential  but management and staff are good people. 

Management does take the time to talk and listen to everyones ideas.

A company for those who love a fast paced and never boring environment. Flexible on the work/family time balance. A lot of learning on the go and many challenges. Overall good and it seems that the company will continue to grow.

Great place to work and good co-workers focused on the same goal. Work life balance can be difficult with younger children, but the company is really good about working from home at times and allowing you to manage your schedule to fit your needs when possible.

The training policy is not yet well developed. but the management is very open-minded and encourages coaching between employees.

The ambiance at the office is very cool and it is easy to work.  I love the flexibility that we have with our work schedule.  The best part of the job is to teach people to use a system and have them applying the teaching at there regular work day.
