The manager at the time was very unprofessional and belittled staff in front of each other

Toxic, uncomfortable , not willing to train properly

This job has a lot of travel, little support from head office at a satellite. Location.  Have to wait for customer deliveries from head office, which come once a week. Not very efficient. I feel quite alone in the position must ask for help as needed. Website antiquated and confusing for staff and customers. 

really unfair management and very bipolar, things were amazing one day and the next day I am being let go with absolutely no reason as to why.  loved the job its self a ton but there is no pleasing her. she would get mad over things that were her fault at us.  treated employees bad and customers bad.

Working with this company has a great potential if high earning yet it does have its financial challenges in the beginning when getting your territory established.

I would never refer this place to anyone for a career. 
My time there was nothing but stressful, no communication within company walls, policies broken. Management was horrible. Managers obviously had no training coming from Head Office. The manager was rude. 

The people working there have a team based approach to achieving shipping goals. You get to work in the beauty industry around the latest a greatest products. You never have to work stat holidays.

Antiquated computer system.  No support from head office.  Reps treat in store employees poorly and the behaviour of head office encourages this.  One set of rules for in store, another for reps.  Created a very uncomfortable environment.

Very good team leadership and support for advisors. Too bad so many at home Salons now make it difficult to earn above average income.  Still great opportunity for younger reps to make a good living. 

Travel is a big part of every day-love your car-consistency is key, many competitors doing exactly what you do. Long days with little support many days. Nice customers when you finally get to know them. 

It was good for the first little while, but there was a LOT of internal drama. Honestly the job was super chill and easy; as long as you have good coworkers, the job is enjoyable.
