The core employees really proped this place up, helped lead the way to a record profit year with little guidance or help from the branch manager. 

He told us that the counter was an "entry level" position which is why we weren't given a higher salary, yet you must learn and be competent in electrical, plumbing, hvac and heating. (absolute joke). 

We had an extremely solid team last year but when a company is celebrating record profits and the majority of the employees are financially struggling and are given pathetic raises, it crumbled very quickly.
Then management complains people are disloyal and questioning their character for moving onto better opportunities with a livable wage.

Short commute to work, Monday to Friday weekend off

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No training, mangers talked about personal issues all day and complained all the time. Was like working with kids

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic not healthy, freezing in the winter and over heated in the summer

Either too much work or standing around looking for something to do

Poorly run organization with zero suport from management. It's mostly the employee's who run the business as the management is rarely ever on site and when there are then they are usually stuck in the office. 
The pay scale is entry level often leading to a high turn over rate. 
One thing that has never changed trough my couple years with this organization are the people they hire with big egos and management keeps feeding them bones so they can continue to do their work for them.
Stay clear it's not worth it 👍

My experience was not good with this employer. I am investigating possible wrongful dismissal, after I relocated there. I worked long hours to keep the service level up during Covid, and then they let me go very abruptly, with no apparent reason provided to me. 

The manager at the branch is poorly organized, a push over for lack luster employees, and lacks communication needs. Very disorganized place, some people favored over others, no accountability to the real workers. Overall, a bad experience with in particular, the manager. Alot of people there think the same, but are afraid to speak up. 

Although at times busy the collaborative effort of the team makes things run smoothly. Management is easy to approach and talk to and are always receptive of new ideas and approaches. Working with other departments and locations is always easy and everyone is working towards the success of the company.

Poor management where the employees run the business. No accountability as every this is consistently brushed off. It's not who you know more like who you blow with this business. Used to be a enjoyable place to work till the high turn over rate turn things upside down.

Incredible work place with great co workers.  Management is supportive and willing to work with employees!  Wage and Bonus structure is amazing!  Benefits and pension as well!

Would not recommend this place they are not family oriented and expect you to be on call all the time but not pay, they even have days that you are required to work without pay but don't worry they will feed you lunch.
