I had the pleasure of working at Egis Canada Ltd. (formerly known as McIntosh Perry), and it was truly one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had.

The company culture is built on respect, teamwork, and continuous support. I had the chance to work with amazing colleagues who were professional, respectful, and always willing to collaborate. The positive environment made every day enjoyable and productive.

The management team was approachable, supportive, and led by example. Their clear communication, encouragement, and trust in the team created a healthy and motivating workplace.

It was also a great opportunity to learn and grow, and I really appreciated the guidance I received throughout my time there.

I’m thankful for the experience and highly recommend this company to anyone who gets the chance to be part of it. It’s a place where you feel supported, valued, and part of something meaningful.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great work environment. Collaborative atmosphere where you can learn and grow. Happy that I was part of them. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Company acquisition could be somehow stressful which is same everywhere.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment and my colleagues were so helpful in teaching me parts I don’t know. They were not tough on transferring their knowledge 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work on different projects which helped not to experience monotonous work environments all the time.

The company laid off its employees for the winter, offering them letters for the next construction season, but the work did not begin on the scheduled date.  There was a lack of communication between employees and management.

Good place to work. No cons to list. Management was good. Flexible hours with no other cons. Learning opportunities are available through company education funds.

Very nice job when you start to speak in a business way with the customers and very helpful for all the future jobs in the same field. I like the management part

Good environment and great leaders. Benefits are ok and there are room to grow. The company presence in Canada is relatively new, but the company’s culture seems good.
