Equinox Marketing is one of the best call center located in Dorval, Qc, the supervisor works with the agents to make sure that their performance is to the company standards, to ensure that the company fulfil their clients needs at a satisfactory level. There is always room to grow within the company as long as you are willing to reach for the stars. The company schedule is very flexible to accommodate their employees.

The management is so poor. Nobody is ever there to help especially since covid. The pay is absolutely trash for the amount of work you're doing, handling 2 customers at a time and calls are back to back. Managers favour some employees over others for some odd reason. I've worked at many different places but never seen the management be this terrible. They're are always hiring due to the fact that nobody wants to work there and the managers are literary useless.

A typical day at work its very hard and sales based if you don't make a sale you go home. I have learned lots over the past year i have learned to communicate with people  better.Management not much to say,Co-workers very polite and friendly,the hardest part of my job is making sales, the enjoyable part of my job well just being able to meet and talk with different people on a daily basis.

I have sought a good training, close mentoring by my supervisor and coaches. Its for the same that in merely few months, I am an efficient and most productive member of my campaign. 
The working environment is very flexible and fun to be.

Employees as well as Employers at equinox, are very nice, open and ready to help anyone become better at marketing.
the programs we used to go through with the call and finishing off the sales were easy to understand, and pretty interesting to learn.

Management is very poor including the recruitment department and hr departments you dealing with the low of the low commission is almost non existent products are super easy to sell and its a great place if you like to "smoke"on the job the roster of agents is poor but very nice people almost like a family.

a typical day at work would be sitting in a cubicle, with my headset, taking calls to help the company sell their long distance plans.  The hardest part of the job is to maintain your sanity.  The most enjoyable part is spending it with your close friends

It was a great company with many helpful coaches and supervisors. The training was quick but informative giving you enough information to properly handle the large volume of calls each agent must handle.
The main advantage of Equinox are the flexible hours and commissions.

Hv never seen a worst place like this. No management. 
No system. Nobody cares about wht you doing. Some people are there who doesn’t know anything nd still working. Some who knows everything they don’t keep them. Will never recommend this place to anyone 

I enjoyed working with the call center agents and seeing them develop and improve their skills in telemarketing. It is a good company to work for and my co-workers worked as a team.
