A lot of walking, deal with over 100 clients daily, work with a lot of great people and is all commission no base fee. Wonderful if you can maintain sales with team members helping. Management give you a free business course and always has advancements through the company, supervisors will receive a base fee of 75 000$ peer year. I love it as you can interact with the public while having a free breathing environment that allows for inter business relationships to flourish.

I had fun at that position because co-workers were very friendly to you. I learned how to talk to customers about products we were selling, prices and how to talk to customers properly. They had board room training and meetings everyday about how some co-workers made sales. The hardest part of the job would have to be going door to door it can be scary at times but you get used to it and being to enjoy it the most enjoyable part of the job was the meetings that we had to boost peoples spirit if your having a bad sales week

Working there was very unique. It was my first commission job. You show up, have a meeting, play some games that get you to work as a team, then go off to where-ever you get sent to for the day. At the end of the day everyone would huddle up and cheer you on if you got a sale.

Amazing skills they teach everyone and anyone who walks through the doors.  They teach you basic sales and systems that allow you to tackle any challenge and also teach you to be solution oriented which will help any individual make the right choices.

Super fun atmosphere and very dedicated managers, with a great advancement to management program! Everybody at this workplace helps eachother hit goals, and you learn alot about people, how to handle objections, and how to build and manage a team!

The job culture is absolutely amazing and it really feels like you are part of a family. The pay is fair & I wouldn't hesitate to work here again if they would have me.

even though its commission you still feel like your co-workers can lend a hand to you if you need help on anything involving the job.

it was alright but i didn't really enjoy working for a commission and coming home with nothing if u didn't make a sale i prefer hands on work and physical labor.

Very competitive buisness and tough hours. Enjoyed working there overall, but couldn't keep up with the hours and weak pay.
