One of the worst places I have ever worked. I was extremely excited to work here because of the "enthusiasm" i saw being promoted. Be aware that you too must also present EXTREME enthusiasm otherwise you will be called out or fired (Yes fired, for not acting like a cartoon character and being real with your clients). Upper management is very rude and lack proper education in the field. It's a huge money grab to clients. Upper management told us in training that, and I quote, "If someone comes in and says they don't have enough money for the program they are lying. I don't care if they show you their bank account and it says they have $5. They have the money". It is just so sad to see this mentality when they are trying to preach to their clients how much they care. The program is extremely expensive, clients are required to pay for weekly pills, PLUS are convinced to continue buying OTHER products each visit they have.

My time at Ewyn was everything and more I was hoping for! I met coworkers who turned into family, and I got to help people change their lives for the better. It's a very upbeat place and I got to share my creativity in the artsy side of the job, as well on the social media side. My boss treated us like gold; she valued our opinion and always asked for our feedback, even when she didn't need to. She taught us individually, because my coworker and I learnt differently, and she's always been so patient with her staff! She gave us little incentives and never looked down on us, as unfortunately sometimes bosses can do that. Our corporate studio held week long trainings where they provided fun, interactive ways to learn. They host zoom calls with the studios to give them more learning opportunities and they allow so much room for growth! My time with the clients was amazing; I loved knowing I was helping people change their lives. I can't say enough good things about this job and Ewyn as a company. I was very blessed for my time here.

The only good part of working with Ewyn is the clients. It's a very high pressure sales job more so than about helping people lose weight. You have to sell very expensive program packages and on top of that you're forced to sell a ton of additionally unnecessary supplements to clients. 

The program guarantees weight-loss if it's followed perfectly but from my experience, it doesn't work for everyone - even when they are doing everything right. 

Its very gimmicky - and management is terrible. 

EWYN is a company like no other. I always have a sense of achievement at the end of the day. The best part of the job is helping the clients achieve their goals, and celebrating with them in their milestones and achievements. I love to feel like I am making a difference in someones life, and guiding them in a direction towards a healthier future. 

Being an employee with EWYN is being part of the EWYN family! There are constant connections with the corporate team who are there to guide you, lead you and listen to your ideas. I never feel like my voice is not heard, and I never feel like just another "employee number." 

If you are looking for a job where you can grow, and a job that does not feel like a job, EWYN is the place to be!

I was a client before I started working at Ewyn. When I heard there was a job opening,I got excited because the girls there helped me so much in reaching my goal, and I wanted to be able to help others reach theirs!  I believe in the program and I know it works!  The management and the other staff are amazing- it’s like a family atmosphere - always helping each other! I always feel heard and my opinion is always appreciated. It’s a great place to work. It has its busy moments- but then also has its down times- and that’s when the planing motivational challenges and rewards for the clients happen! Always a good time! Lots of laughs and celebrating!

Working at EWYN has been a blessing! It is so rewarding helping our clients change their lives for the better! We not only help them eat better for their bodies, but we help them hit milestones everyday. This isn't just a weightloss company, we celebrate all types of non-scale victories! As an employee i've always been given a voice here - my opinion has always been valued and my manager treats me as an equal. I work flexible hours and my boss is always accomodating! The work place is fun, upbeat and postive! My coworkers are family to me, and i'm so grateful for my place at Ewyn! 

She laid off me and my coworker with no notice. Very unprofessional. Expects staff to push unnecessary supplements to clients to meet minimum requirements for weekly sales. Regardless if  the client wants or needs them. If you don’t sell something optional it’s because you didn’t educate the value - it’s your fault, never that the client doesn’t want or need or can afford it. Owner also had shady practices with clients who should have have extended  weight loss or if wanted a refund with the first 10 days. She did me a favour letting me loose!

I learned so much in my first 6 months with EWYN, at times it felt overwhelming, as you're dealing with people on a very personal basis, but I can say thay i definitely feel respected, my managememt and the other staff at the centre, we feel like a tight knit family.

It's definitely a job that the more effort you put in, the more I get out of it.

I have to say, so far the past 2 years, has been the best job I've ever had. 

I worked here last year as a health coach ( I am now a franchise owner) and it is by far the best company I have worked for! Everyone, including upper management is super supportive and everyone loves to have fun!
There is a lot of information to learn about all the product and nutrition in general but it is all supported by the company.
Overall, great company to work for! 

People who work here CARE about other people, whether they be clients, co workers, management, supervisors etc. It is a large company but has a family vibe. When you are having a problem, there is a TON of quick support to help you out. The corporate team is ALWAYS available and super helpful.
