Great management and coworkers. Constantly learning and being challenged. Easy going atmosphere. Tough work, not for everyone but are extremely understanding and willing to transfer to a different section of the plant if the work is too hard and strenuous. Plenty of jobs throughout the plant. One of the best factory jobs I've worked at. Great way to stay in shape. Hours never change so you always no what to expect per paycheck. Future planning made easier. A workplace to consider for permanent work.

got a well desired experince of team work and work management as it is my first work experience. i got a chance to work here as a coop student and comparative to first time work platform the management and co workers are absolutely helpfull

During my time working for the company, I learned a variety of jobs such as Bending, Forming, and Stamping metal, re-working poorly painted parts, packaging, loading/unloading jigs. I mostly enjoyed when the job got faster paced. The worst of the days are only when production is slow.

Worked at fast pace environment continuously at bi weekly shift time change. I was able to lean various industrial equipment, troubleshooting skills at HMI on welding robots. Implementing standard mass production rules, following 5S and TQM technique to flourish skills.

Everyday new challenges have to face, to minimize the downtime and increase production smooth running of machines is required every-time machine breaks down new fault is found and fixed.

I enjoy working in the fast paced parts of the department as staying active helps me to stay awake.Very difficult to stay awake during night shift as the job is very demanding, the management sees to it that safety is carried out in every department. The environment is very diverse.

There is a lot to learn in such an inclusive environment. There are intelligent people who are easy to talk to and let you know about different things. Mmanaement keeps you boosted and rewards you for your extra effort.

Long hours and made $12.25 for two years without getting hired on, the shift work would have been tolerable if there was a chance at getting hired on but its hard working for that little money for so long, you get discouraged and then want to quit. 
The people were nice though and I liked my manager.

The company culture was great, and flexible environment. I love the people I work with and am challenged on a daily basis. I have had the good opportunity to learn about new culture.

Learned to assemble the rear knuckle of different models of the Honda Civic. Management and co-workers were all nice, friendly people.
