FAMILY HONDA

-I always answer calls as soon as I enter the Honda establishment. 
-Customers (guests) ask for inquiries on new or pre-owned cars, usually the greeter takes care of that. 
-Co-workers are always giving a good laugh and brighten up my day when work is slow sometimes. 
-I've learn to multi-task and remember a handful of events going on at the same time.
-The hardest part of my job is to keep track of certain tasks that is on a timely manner when i'm completing other tasks at hand. 
-The most enjoyable part of my day is the welcoming feeling I get from my co-workers and a good laugh and feeling relax when performing tasks.

I worked at Family Honda for about 6 months. A typical day at work would consist of emptying the dishwasher of teacups, answering/transferring phone calls, data entry (new vehicles), collecting down payments on purchased vehicles, etc. I have learned time management, better problem solving, and how to be more efficient in my work. The hardest part of the job was dealing with difficult customers over the phone, but that is another skill I managed to excel in. The most enjoyable part of the job was how well everyone worked as a team.

management does not care about employees and treats them like garbage. techs drive customer cars around the lot recklessly and intentionally create other problems with cars so customers will return so they can make more money

Working at Family Honda under any circumstanced will instill discipline and strong process. 

Very kind people work there in which make it a pleasure going to work everyday. the customers adore the team as well making it a very cool place to work.

working with Family Honda was a great pleasure, the staff is outstanding never a dull moment. A typical day would include answering calls and advancing any customer service that was required. Enjoyable experience, bit overwhelming on busy days especially in the summer.

I have worked at Family Honda for 3 months now and I love it here because I love the position I am working for and I enjoy what I am doing. It is good to get in the dealership industry at a young age like me because it teaches you a lot of things depending on your position.

very nice place to work and enjoyed the environment. whenever called me to work i was there but when making decisions didnt really see the hard work done for the company.

High turn over rate, new service manger hired every month. No consistency on policies and procedures. Clear favouritism given to preferred clientele and certain employees. 

The people you work with are good, but not the company itself. The pay should be more and the stress behind it is not worth it in the end. If its something you feel like you can handle, then its perfect for you.

found work atmosphere was fun. it was a collaborative group. pay could of been better. have to work every Saturdays so family time is lost a bit. overall a positive experience
