A lot of emphasis is put on DEI but it's all about virtue signaling instead of actually caring about employees.

Incompetent staff either get promoted or are not held accountable for their behaviour.  Whereas, instead of acknowledging efficient workers, they are directed to do the job of the incompetent employee.  How is this fair?

Family Services of peel is a counselling agency.
they provide lots of services like ; couples counselling, youth opportunity program "job designated to youths aged 16 - 30 years of age and volunteer programs for people who are looking forward on gaining more work experience.

A typical day is busy. I have learnt all the administrative duties. My co-workers are very friendly. The hardest part of the job is when you are dealing with a client that is depressed and is threatening to take his or her life. The most enjoyable part of the job helping a Client with an information that they want.

Have many services to support new immigrants, job seekers, counselling services, resume help etc
Connect job seekers with employer.
Individual and Group facilitation.
May facilitate Second career option. 
Some senior employees are intimidating and oppressive, not very welcoming. 

The job security isn't the best. Mainly contract work and the pay day schedule isn't very secure. Management is very helpful and allows you to have a good work/life balance. service users are for the most part very friendly. Good for a starter job after graduation.

There's a whole lot to learn at Family Services of Peel my co-workers are great the management team is awesome. The thing about the job that I like was that I was always busy. It made my days  went by faster.

Assisted in report writing, workshop and meeting bookings
Designed and arranged distribution of flyers
Assisted accounting assistant for bank deposits

Productive and fun place. Very satisfying experience working with clients. Supportive management and good work atmosphere. Good work life balance. Highly recommend.

If you love helping people and are results driven, this is the place to be. Business as usual but relaxed atmosphere. Nice office and great people. Accessible 

i went their for a workshop training on customer service.  I was there only for their workshop training, i never worked there. my school cansellor  referred me there.
