FARMBRO INC

I was doing my coop in farmbro in summer time, first day of the job I was placed in prep are where I build walls for the company, basically drilling holes everywhere, its been two months in the job where i stayed on that same job and asked to be move somewhere else to expand more my skills, they never did it.

The job itself is fun and there's some nice people you will meet in the shops.

However headoffice operates like a toxic high-school environment. They don't care about quality just cheap labour. Dont expect to be paid well as they only care about saving money on staff wages and will look for ways to fire you.

terrible company to work at. they dont value their employees at all and would rather higher people from an agency then increase their own workers wages. doesn't matter how hard you work the office manager and shop managers and project managers will still under appreciate your work

Very nice management and co-workers. Straight day shifts keeps good work life balance. 9 hours shift daily and little short shift on Friday so you can utilize nearly whole Friday. Work should be repetitive.

Since the day I started here in 2004 there has never been a dull moment.  The company is growing every day. Management are always willing to listen to any concerns from employees or customers.

Positive learning environment. Good leadership. They didn't have any productivity trackers and the management was not intense so a significant amount of people slacked off but overall everone was helpful.  

Very wonderful staff. Worked my coop term there. Wonderful experience.
Very respectful owners to even their temporary workers.

Great management. Everyone is treated like family and is willing to help you learn and grow as a worker. Great opportunities to learn and meet new people.

If you don't know anybody you'll get shafted quick with no communication. Pays lower than most installer positions. No room for improvement or training.
