I start the day before: anything pending at the end of the day takes priority first thing in the morning. Then I follow through with the tasks needed to be done that day and plan my day according to the assignments given to me by my supervisor. I have a checklist for the daily tasks that I made up myself to assist me in prioritizing my time. Other unforeseeable tasks that pop up throughout the day are added to it. If I see something needs to be done and I’m positive that I know how to do it, I will get it done right away, I don't wait to be asked. By the end of the day, I make up a checklist for tomorrow, clean up my desk, and set out the pending things next to my list to tackle them first thing in the morning.

Honestly, this was the best manufacturing job I have had since my first placement in 2016. The people are warm, professional, calm, understanding and friendly. The work is easy and challenging at the same time. Sewing is a repetitive activity which allows you to improve in slight but significant ways to achieve perfection if perfection is desired. I didn't feel exhausted at the end of a day as I did in some other manufacturing jobs. It was a joy to work there.

I worked in the welding department for 7 months and enjoyed working with my co-workers. 
The job is fun at times, but repetitive, so if you like repetitive work, this job is for you!
Some heavy lifting, but for the most part it's not too bad. 
Everyday is different and the jobs vary.
I would recommend this job to people that want to learn new skills and meet new people.
They will train as well. 
Overall, I had a great experience!




It is a nice workplace. People are friendly.We're very busy place.
We work as a team and we joke around sometimes to make
our work easier.There are times we have to inform our supervisor
for the quality we encounter from the cutting machine. 
Our group tried very hard to make a good quality job.

The job is alright, good benefits but high turnover rate and little to no chance of advancement. The management is hit or miss, high pressure to perform correctly and they put you on the floor too fast without proper training. Job security is not very good as they layoff people when the workload is small.

Toxic office environment with high turnover rate. Some management positions have to be re-filled every other year. Floor staff are treated with less respect than the equipment by upper management, and the equipment is run into the ground.

There is no proper planning, and there are no jobs for talented, good workers, priority jobs are given to those who waste time. Too much favoritism, never consider people's problems while doing the job. Those who are working from 10 years only rewards for them, when they have work, they will call you and when they have shortage of work due to poor marketing team, they fired other people.

It's  fun working with FELLFAB. Supervisors and team leaders are courteous . They listen to you problems and try to get it fix asap. Team members are cooperative and helpful. I had a great time working there . I missed that job .
