The district manager is a woman who believes she knows what present day retail is.  While, in reality, she hasn’t the faintest idea of what is necessary to improve and succeed in business today. 
The owners, unfortunately are not interested in what is truly happening and depend on their entourage of poorly skilled staff to assist in their decisions.  Life and especially this type of business has changed, and is ever changing.  Sad that this line has not for the past 25 years .  
They still believe in “slave” labour and have no consideration or respect for staff.

Coordinating with the store team for achieving sales goals
Responsible for opening and closing store at the right time daily
Inspecting security and alarm systems and supervising store team
Generated sales by building excellent customer relationships
Maintained visual and housekeeping standards of the store
Handled all minor and major customer issues intelligently

My shift started at 10am and finished at 8pm, I had 30 minutes of break.
My manager was pretty nice and kind, it was a culture in the store.
The hardest part of the work for me was achieve all the goals, I was pretty concerned about that.
The most enjoyable part was the contact with customer for sure, everyone super nice.

the brand doesn't make much and the clothes are low quality. they push sales associates hard for sales because they have a hard time making any. Its hard to reach HR/management thus making communication difficult and sometimes treacherous. Hours are incredibly low.

Schedule for staff.

Overall great Company, Professionals at all levels, Procedures and Policies that take care of their employees & customers.

They are supportive but not many opportunity to grow. 
The size of company is small and most of branches closed last year. 
The people are kind and hard working 

Environment is like any retail company. Head-office doesn’t care about any employees only about sales. There’s no chances to growth inside of company.
