There is lack of coordination between departments that causes mis communication and unprecedented delays.

It’s open workspace and doesn’t have hierarchical barriers. However for some department you can never reach the top management as mid level managers try to intimidate you. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hectic. Depending upon the task couldn’t even have lunch breaks. But that’s how QA tech are treated in any company.

• Cleanliness always comes in my mind whenever were talking about this food industry, We learned new things and We applied it for the sake of our costumers. People working in the office is perfectly doing their very best to make product as good as possible. All the team is working with passion and very cooperative when it comes to job. Hardest part of the job for me is that thinking of things that will soon come in the near future. New Manager, New Supervisor. Hardest part of the job really is New Rules and Regulations when this people comes in. Although with this kind of environment i really love working with this people and looking forward in making things new.

I love my work there. It's not that hard and it's easy to adopt. But the problem there is the shift hours is too long. And they put you where they want you to work even It's not part of what you sign for. For example, you sign to work there as an packer, but if they want to they'll going to put you inside the baking or mixing if they need someone from there. It's frustrating sometimes because when there's a problem, the team members are always at fault but in the first place it's the team leader's fault because they put you in a work that it's not really your job to begin with. 

They have positions like Team/line lead - which is basically a machine operator and general labour role. While hiring they show something different, actual job is tota different. 5 people who joined with me, all had same experience with fgf and left in couple of months. 
They just have old school style bakeries, nothing related to technology. Although they will highlight the work culture, technology just to lure people. Just admit it's normal bakery, what's bad in that . 
The ones working already are the ones who can't make up to other good companies, are unqualified and incompetent. 
Stay away if you hold good education and experience, not a good place.

Office work and production area,it's a huge company with alot of workers benefits.

There is no stressful work because everything running with rules and  regulations, but little bit more responsible work there in mixing platform.

Excellent working and friendly environment and team working culture like a family members.

I don't have personal experiences or a typical day,

Worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, leading Lean and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and equipment performance. Collaborated closely with production, maintenance, and QA teams to identify root causes, standardize processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Role ended due to company-wide layoffs.

Compitative pay, lot of overtime

You got no life, if you values your social or family this isnt. Its better suited for someone who needs more money

Favouritism,work task is by rotation if your in production be prepared to endure.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A bit busy but be prepared to answer radio because production people will you call you non stop, if 1 shift is short be prepared to be asked to stay back or early start.you can easily hit 60hrs a week.

it is important everyday in the job to know the product you gonna run by securing the copy of your MO. You set up every machine according to the day's product. Start filling up your paper work, the documents needed for the product. Do not forget to inspect machines and conveyor especially the metal detector. Make sure all of them are working properly. Put the proper date code. I've learned more on everyday responsibility, to manage people and promote of unity, respect, and helping people culture on the workplace. The most enjoyable part of the job is when we have festival and parties.
