my previous experience working with first media was quite pleasant, because I learned a lot from managing customers account, and immensely improved my selling skills, I worked for a 1 and 8 months at the company; our customers were pretty interested in the products that were being sold and were very eager to purchase with us. Overall I would strongly recommend anyone who are interested in the dating industry to give it a try, fun awaits you at first media.

It was pretty fine to be there since everybody was a kind of extend family members. There were lot of recreation things which kept us bond. Many time, we had what we call potluck where everybody brings up food so we can discoverer find out different dishes around the world.

This was my first job as a customer service rep. It taught me a lot when it came to providing customers with quick on the spot help. It also was my first time selling and processing payments through  different methods of payment. Over all very content with my experience.

table tennis, tv, coffee machine in the lunch room give a little boost to some busy days of work.
Very friendly co-workers. Worked about three years overnight shift and wasn't easy to be switched for an other shift, regardless of several requests made due to some changes that  my family went thru...

Best working environment, we worked towards goals and had fun with everyone. Very people oriented place.  We focused on recognition and as managers we had  great support form Call Center Manager. 
Learned how to effectively coach, train and inspire team members.

as a part of the overnight shif team, life was a little bit hectic, cause of the working hours, customers could be a little difficult at times, but the working environment, salary, supervisors and benefits were great.

It can be a great place to work but it depends on who is running the show. The previous manager have been tough to work with.  At times the decisions are made on favoritism instead of facts and stats.  The people that work there are amazing, talented, and friendly people.

Nice office environment. Supervisors are great. We organize to bring together different dishes from different cultures ( pot-lock) Shift work is great and coworkers are friendly

Nothing challenging here but really fun place to work in. my manager was the best... cant say the same for most of them!
really flexible when it comes to you horraire.
