What is the best part of working at the company?
The firm has a management team that is engaged with the shop floor workers. It was very much like an extended family.  This made working there pleasant!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I never experienced a stressful situation when I worked there.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is light with no pressure for productivity or mistakes made.  Rather it more a learning environment where management encourages a worker to improve.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Your would be given your assignment of what work was to be done in the morning.  The plant manager would check periodically during the day on the progress of the order you were working on.  The plant manager's office door was always open to speak with him for whatever reason.

-You are constantly micro managed here by the owner
-Terrible management. Just ask anyone out in the back how long people in the office have stayed. Its all been a few months, and then turnover again and again. 
-Company is cheap,  bad benefits (no vision). Salary is low and there is no room for advancement here. 
For 1-2 months, its ok. After that you see the true colours of the people here. Most of the staff is good, except management.
Ive had close to 10 other jobs; this is by far the worst kind of management and structure. 

The owner of the company is horrible, overbearing, unapproachable and cheap.
The job I had was great and I enjoyed what I did. My supervisor was great but when it came to asking her about a raise in pay it wasn't happening.
The owner of the company was a little man with a big ego who thought he was better than everyone else. I did stay at this company because of the environment.

Solid long term business with clearly explained efforts and target goals. Currently growth mode despite current global supply conditions and pandemic challenges. Great challenges that spark intuitive and innovative team thinking.

High turnover in the company because its a miserable place to work, managers don't respect you or care for you in any way shape or form. Managers also don't know how anything works but love to tell you you're always wrong. Even when you go above and beyond to try to please management they will be sure to undermine and correct you in a rude and unproductive way. 

Employees were very nice, hardworking, and dedicated to their job.  They wanted to see FHC succeed.   Family owned business with cash flow issues made it very stressful to work in.  There was no opportunities for growth and development.  No working remotely.  Very old school values with no opportunities for process improvements.

I enjoy the work, specially the co-workers around me. But thing that i do not like is the smell of rubber, specially during the cutting, the smokes and odor make me uncomfortable.

Excellent product offering, excelling engineering support. Production, inside sales and purchasing people are excellent to work with. Sometimes management buys free pizza lunches for  staff.

everyone working here helps each other out no matte rtheir positions and theu rown responsibilities, they never leave anyone behind when trying to get things done as a team

A lot of personalities to manage but great co workers.  No flexibility with working environment.  Pay is decent.  Great customer base.  No room to advance.
