This is a unprofessional stressful toxic workplace, it is very unclean they do not wear the proper beard nets in the kitchen they do not wear gloves they do not throw away food they throw on the floor they put it back into the boxes the manager drinks on the night shifts she smokes cannabis on the job her and the other cook throughout the whole day She rolls joints in the bathroom and stinks out the bathroom and I know all this because I used to work there I quit because I cannot handle it anymore

Progression based on loose promises rather than formal offers and action plans and therefore employees and managers do not stay long with the company or become disengaged. Communication is quite weak and at times non-existent. Salary range on the low side of the industry average with very little room to negotiate.

On the positive end, there is room to grow as the organization is expanding quickly if one can remain motivated in such an environment.

It is a stress free environment for me.

FMI has a very supportive and transparent work environment. I’ve been treated like a family.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The restaurant operation can be busy but stress free.

This company gets employees from across the waters to abuse their rights when they come to canada... Employee's are forced to work 10 hour shifts and paid for 8 sometimes... The company cares more about looking good on paper and literally rips off customers and employee's... This is by far the worst company to run a franchise...

One of the worst experiences I ever had, international students beware of the over exploitation. Remember you are graduates from home, the management treats us like disposable materials. Worst HR management. Unless restaurant management is you career please find some other job even if it's for part time. Not worth the time, energy or skills

Working in this environment can be incredibly demanding. The constant pressure of heavy workloads, coupled with insufficient staffing levels, can lead to a high level of stress. Additionally, the inadequate compensation received for such demanding work can contribute to feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction.

Hours are not secure. If you cannot multitask 3-5 things at once this job is not for you. Management was good. But what the company expects from each person is alot. I enjoyed the fast pace. Wouldn't recommend this job to just anyone. Alot of high pressure situations 

Management is not looking for improvement and nobody really cares. Same attitude passes on to the team members. Customer service was worst I have ever seen. No management support.

Not good, not great, not horrible. It's fast food, take of that as you will. Some staff are great, others are so-so. Don't expect the world, you are a number after all, but hey it's honest work and if you want you'll have more hours than you'll know what to do with.

Many basic salary workers, the time is not flexible and very strict. I really do not want to talk about the company. Need to have more tolerance and sophisticated management skills.
