What is the best part of working at the company?
Great atmosphere in the team, innovative and well organized approach, supportive teammates and bosses. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of work hours sometimes. Many various tasks one day you can be drafting, other going out for reconessance, than do  measurements, analyzing video data, than you are sent to construction site. So you really need to adapt quickly to new tasks and environment. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great in general. Company and bosses are doing a lot to make employees comfortable. Respectful and professional athmosphere

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My position required to work on a very different tasks so it is hard to generalize.

It's a good place to start your career as a junior and eventually gain experience. The company don't provide enough training and In fact they don't want to invest on it. SO you have to learn most stuff on your own. You notice that your manager salary increases significantly every year and all of a sudden company run out of budget to increase your salary. In general, there is no room to move up and after a few years working there you will realize that you have more capacity that the position that you are working in.

Always remotely working. Push to save money.
In my opinion, the company's policies were planned in such a way that managers pressured their subordinates to receive more commissions.

They are nice and helpful guys who work at FNX, but the salary is below average.
You can learn and gather too much experience, 
and divers projects, 
the negative point of FNX is salary level. 



A company for new immigrants and new graduates. Expect to be seriously underpaid for your efforts. Must work weekend and even major holidays with no overtime, only banked hours.

I have worked at FNX for a few years and my experience has been a mix of positive and negative. However, it is a good place to start your career and learn on your own.
