Work is repetitive so you can balance personal life/work life. 
Management is extremely careless. Some coworkers are disrespectful and no action were taken which can have an effect on your work life and attitude. No Advancement in the company. 
It's a good place to work if you are looking for a stable job and do not want to advance your career. 

I was extremely excited to get hired only to be quickly disappointed.was never given any proper training and had to figure things out for myself.as one reviewer stated,if you are not close with the owners you are nobody and mean nothing to them.
As a former manager,if you were to question anything from the staff of many,many years,you were automatically on the black list.

Was so happy to retire and leave as the environment was very toxic. Anything that went wrong was blamed on management. Trying to implement systems to benefit the company  was always ignored . Only good thing about the experience was my immediate superior was an amazing woman who I will never regret working with.

This company is in continuous expansion and is always busy. No need to worry about lay offs, there is always enough work for everyone. Staff is friendly and management does a good job at making it feel like one big family. Compensation and benefits are above average.

Very busy place to work .
They often ask for overtime to be done when line need to be finish.
Atmosphere is a bit cold and strict in general.
In general all very nice people

This company was overall ok to work at.  They were very strict on time management, holidays etc.
They demanded overtime even if you had made plans.
Overall not a good balance of life/work

Working at Frank Lyman was an amazing experience and I would never change a thing about it.I learnt how to be a better employee everyday of the job.The management is very helpful and open-minded.Hence,I would strongly recommend working for Frank.

Good place to work,people are friendly.
Receive merchandise,check in ,quality control,stock merchandise.Data entry, prepare orders, ship out orders.
Plan work for next day.

Frank Lyman Design, is a very exciting place to work. The management is great and people are very friendly, even if there is gossip sometimes. It is exciting to work at this company!
