FRANS RESTAURANT

A typical day at work would be you go in and start cleaning the bathrooms, then you prep the line where all the cooks stand by putting in the cutting boards on the tables and then you put three buckets of hot water and bleach all along the line. then you pour hot water down the drains. then you mop the front entrance where people walk along. then you start washing dishes.

I learned what the restaurant business was like which is long hours, hard work with little pay. its unfortunate the amount of work people put into the restaurant business and the little amount they get out of it. 

Management was very good, very fun and god managers at the Barrie location. 

co-workers were also very fun people, relaxed and laid back, not on the job obviously but good friends. 

there was not really "the hardest part of the job" most of the work was basic lifting and basic cleaning. 

the most enjoyable part was probably taking the cups or glasses to the front and see all the people in the restaurant.

I worked early mornings till mid afternoon right downtown very busy lineup out the door for hours at times. 
 I would never have left but I had to move back west they have three busy locations

Great place for breakfast dining ! Busy atmosphere with something for everyone. Greet customers and staff ! Recently renovated to provide a refreshed look.

its ok, late payment no tips so its ok, a lot standing, and rude co workers who are mad, no big deal tho..............................................
