Production is ran by old seniors that have been there for 50 years plus.  They like to yell at new employees, try to control everything you do, also they use scare tactics to threaten your job.  Management is not organized and does not favor good workers.  They favor people who like to act like them.  So if you don't communicate or are liked by them they will terminate you for any little thing because of a 6 long month probation period.  While most other places are 3 months.  They try to make you feel small and act like they are better than you.  Very snobbish people from HR to the Plant Manager to the Power Engineers and the lead hands.  If you want to deal with that go for the interview.

Inconsiderate workplace, I was once threatened by some large guy because I did not come to some mandatory overtime I did not sign up for. I was a pretty vulnerable subject being a new immigrant right out of high school and unaware of my rights.

The lines are strict and the work is arduous, but it is pretty close to my place so I just kept at it for convenience.

Management and supervisor are not fair to there employee

It was crazy day and co worker too

They are not a family friendley company to work for. They dont give you the job you applyed for and you are made to feel like just a number. Applyed as a forlift driver, Did the proper testing and passed, but never saw a forklift.

The job was very enjoyable and the staff was very encouraging. The skills that were required were taught and there were helpful co-workers that were there to help and assist when needed. It was a very positive work environment. 


Managers do not have a sense of direction they expect the work for 30 people to be done with 10.People get promoted if youre friends with executives,no job security.Shutdown summer and christmas time youre out of luck if you only have 2 weeks vacation.Constantly  getting audited

I only work on a temporary basis however the managers and co-workers were extremely friendly and helpful when questions arose.

no job security. I loved working there. but they hired a bunch of people and let them all go in matter of a month. and said we probably will hire you back in a few months. I can't live like that.

I would advise to stay away and listen to reviews. Do not leave your current job to come here. Maintenance management does not have a clue how to run department. They degrade there employees with a poor work culture. You work hard they will be harder on you. 


Can't complain, but have a seasonal hard periods. The Corporation have a policy about confidential information and I can't review inside live to another persons or companies.
