Overall FSB is a great company to work for and I loved my time there! 

They actually respect work life balance unlike a lot of other places that simply do lip service to the idea. You work your hours and get to walk away from the office and have your nights and weekends to yourself. No after hours calls and no excessive amounts of overtime like a lot of other brokerages. 

I always got on well with Management and found that they were always approachable and helpful when I came to any of them. My team lead really practiced her open door policy, so I never felt bad asking questions. 

The company holds events (food trucks, team events) and really works to recognize it's employees. My co-workers were all  friendly and great to work with. It's always great when you work with people who you like and who you can bounce ideas off of. 

Overall I really enjoyed my time at FSB!




As a Commercial CSR and Producer. I'm able to balance my workload as well as grow my book. If you are goal orientated and hungry for sales then you will thrive at this workplace. If you are looking for a comfortable job where you can do almost nothing and hope you get rewarded then this place isn't for you. 

There is a competitive culture on the sales side however it's understandable why those who aren't as sales or goal orientated would feel left out of this culture.

This is a place you can grow both professionally and personally as a Broker.

I highly recommend if you are serious about your career

FSB Group needs speed, accurancy and volume.  constantly have ppl leaving. Never not busy because they will give you more work, as they know when your idle.
micro managed to a fault...1) have to sign in w/time you arrived, then 2) electronically punch in for the day , when you leave for lunch, when you come back from lunch, and leave for the day. 3) cameras thru out 4)all calls are recorded.  they motivate you by fear and feedback is always negative ie/ what you did wrong.  they have high expectation for avg pay.  you also have quite a few bosses. not a culture of postivity.

If you're looking for a great company to stay with for the long term, FSB is it. The office environment and culture is great, and, the company really provides you with the opportunity to constantly learn and improve. The management team is knowledgeable and really has their employees success at heart. Whether you are newer to the industry, or been involved for many years, you can always trust that management, and your peers, will be there to support you day in and out.

FSB Group is a private company that focus on building lasting relationships not with just clients, but with also employees. Its a company you love to work with. Great work, great learning. You have great mentors to guide you. Friendly coworkers. There are a lot of opportunities to gather experience and grow professionally.

Being an employee at FSB group, will make you wonder what you did wrong to end up there.  No respect for your efforts or doing the extra because it's expected. Having a job will constantly be tangled as your motivation to work harder.  Constantly doing your work, plus another workload bc short staff. Very tense atmosphere created by mgmt.

FSB has a great work culture and the people are extremely friendly. There are quite a few senior staff members who have been with the company for many years which is helpful. Schedules are pretty flexible. FSB has knowledgeable brokers and experienced account representatives. Overall the company is growing exponentially and it is exciting to be a part of that.

Worest experience ever for an interview! Interview started off with HR rep entering the room and introducing herself, we sit, I was advised the owner of the brokerage will be joining us shortly. Owner of the brokerage walks in, refuses to shake my hand as I'm now standing to shake hands and he sits down. 10 minutes later he gets up and and leaves states it was nice meeting me and to remain seated.

Excellent company to work for that has lots to offer. From the top down, I feel valued by Management on all levels. Very cooperative, engaging and collborative environment. Great work life balance and consistently given feedback. Team buiding events and Employee Appreciation events make the employees feel valued.
