Furlani's Food gave me an open-minded opportunity to improve my ability to manage time effectively in a friendly environment. A typical day at work involved collaborating with many co-workers on multiple conveyor belts. Another day might involved working in the production sector where the mixing and baking of goods takes place. In these settings I learned how to manage my time effectively while making sure everything was running smoothly in the machines. The hardest part of the job would be when the machines were not running smoothly because this would waste time and the production line would have to run faster to compensate for the wasted time. However these hardships were easily manageable with my friendly co-workers which is why lunch breaks were the most enjoyable part of the job.

A regular day consists of:
-Set up the plant for production, (move machinery and set up machines for different types of product/packing)
-Perform equipment inspections and daily reports.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
-Work with production schedule to achieve efficiency when it comes down to product changeover and production lines set up.
-On the spot electrical or mechanical troubleshooting of equipment.
-Always work with the highest standards to achieve best quality of work and product safety. 

 I've learned so much about mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as an electrical apprentice I would have to say that the best part is learning about controls, PLCs, VFDs and diagrams.

Factory overall is good
Coworkers are very mean
Work is super fast 
You cannot use only if you are new person there
All old coworkers try to be your boss and always interrupt your business
Some of the managers were rude too
But some of them were good aswell
According to the work they are paying less  

GMP rules have been followed, I learned the dough manufacturing flow diagram. The management has to provide more training on the new comer production staff. Co-workers are all good in QA. The hardest is the changes of shift in to midnight. The setting of printer everytime there was a changeover in the production.

the shift was 8 hours. attain a great experience with all departments in particular with quality. Nice staff with friendly nature. for sure, its a nice platform to learn the different tasks. helping management in all aspects the training was excellent from supervisor.

Too good bread and toast, very supportive team. 
They teach, give education, and most of all, good food.

Lack of proper communication. Safe and sanitary work environment.Hardest part of the job was the speed of the production lines. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to talk to co-workers.

Its good they paid well , two breaks in between the work ,three shifts are available 2:00PM ,10:00PM, 11:30PM (8 hours each ) transit facility are available near by areas and they paid by weekly on Thursday from 9:00PM to about 12:00PM

I worked as a part time worker, and the pay was very low compared to task you had to perform. It did not change over last one and half year. Maybe I was part time. However, the work was chill.
