Onboarding/Integration is amazing, especially with challenges that brings remote work, they have done an amazing job at adapting their HR and onboarding practices to make employees feel welcome, supported and part of the action.   I often forget that I am remote to these people.

Hi. I had face to face interview at FXINNOVATION and then they offered me s fee opportunities. I had an interview, but they didn’t accept me, because I was overqualified. They offered me another opportunity. It was great. They accepted me at same day of interview. It took three weeks for security backgrounds check. I was happy with my position and salary

The people are great and the tool set I get to work with keeps me very productive and leading edge.  People work smart and deliver results!  Company has a great atmosphere and excellent team building activities..

Considered as consultant, I was left on my own and had to do a deep follow up on benefit package.  The communication was not yet well defined and I found it hard to get it straight up.

Good place to improve your skills with a great flexibility. FX INNOVATION have a lot of recognized clients with advanced IT and cloud projects. Recommanded.

Consultants don't have the same benefits as there clients so hard to explain a work day at FX since i've been working for there client.

Always issues with clients that want more and change ides or vision every week.
