What is the best part of working at the company?
The people are wonderful! They have office cats😍

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is favoritism amongst management. The salaries do not reflect the measure of experience or work ethics of an individual.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They try hard to embody a family work environment however there are only a select few that are truly considered family. There are “generous” acts of lunches supplied by the company and Christmas gifts given each year but when it comes to raises the generosity ends.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depending on your work ethic the day could be chill playing on your phone while pretending to work or you could be grinding all day getting your work done and also fixing others mistakes.

Working in the warehouse is super chill once you get the hang of it. Listen to music/podcasts all day. The equipment is decent and there's fun stuff to learn the longer you stay. Working a press, making plates etc.

 It's an active job, you'll break a sweat but it's not exhausting. 

Management and everyone leaves you alone when you're getting your job done. The press operators get a bit grumpy when you make a mistake but it's understandable; you make a mistake they make a little less money.

The best part for introverts is that it's very common to go into work not talk to a single person all shift and go home. If you do your job correctly.

Management is very hands off, prefer to watch people fail over working with employees to come up with solutions. Will penalize you for missing work when you informed them well ahead of time and they agreed. Favoritism is rampant and it doesnt matter if you work hard, they will just take advantage of you and block you from any opportunities within the company. 

first fill in covid form. Then work and problem solve myself or ask for assistance if needed. make sure to watch the machine I am running. i find days go by quicker when im doing more so i would try my best to keep on top of things. overall I learned a great amount from this company and was lucky to be with them the employees were great to me as well. hardest part is when the machine just doesnt want to work correctly but there are ways to surcome this. I enjoyed that i was apart of the production of something that people will see all over.

Few days of training and you are mostly ready for this job! The toughest part was getting used to the forklifts but once again a few days and it becomes second nature. Job is straight forward enough - receiving any shipments that come in, making sure the warehouse is in proper condition and checking stock for all departments. The workplace culture is very friendly and they are patient with you as long as you work hard. Few grumpy employees but it is commission based work they are doing so don’t take it personally.

Original owners made it a positive and overall respectful environment.

U will be micromanaged, and treated with no respect

Very toxic environment and alot of bullying and not only between peers

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Exhausting and toxic and couldn't wait for the end of my shift

This COULD be a great place to work if the culture was better and the owners weren't misogynists. The cliques have been there forever and you can't trust anyone. Very back-stabby, insular culture. Upper management like to be all buddy/buddy, but they could care less and have no time for innovation or employee development. There were a few really good people (out of 200 or so), but I don't see them staying too long, or they are stuck. I wish them well.

Some days the work is fast paced, and some days it's slow. Management top down are very familiar with the product, but lack the management skills to finesse 'thin ice' situations.  There isn't much room for advancement, often just one or two management type positions. The job itself is not hard, and the most enjoyable part is the people you work with. 

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The management truly cared about each member on the staff no matter how high or low they were on the totem pole. They also took action when necessary, though that was not often as they made a safe, comfortable and fun environment to come work in. I would go back in a heart-beat if I were not living on a separate continent!

Commission based,management is terrible and only getting worse, the favoritism is unbelievable. Great coworkers,job is very repetitive.  Best part of the job is vacation time.
