Working at fairway Honda was one of the best places to work hands down.The manager, controller, and staff had always made me feel like apart of the team. They had also allowed me to do my work-term. I am always grateful for them because they have allowed me to expand my horizons and they never hesitated to lend a helping hand when I were learning something news. Again best workplace and team with work with hands down!!!!!

Best career choice I’ve made is working at Fairway Honda. Ive been here for three years now. I started off as a part time receptionist, after so long I applied and got into my current position as an admin assistant, and I’m about to transfer and go into the sales department. There is always room for growth at Fairway and they will assist you however they can to help you succeed!

If you are willing to put in the time and the hours there is room for advancement and fulling career. Lots of opportunity with over 50 dealerships in Atlantic Canada.

Low pay,long hours, compensation absolutely terrible. Wouldn't recommend this place or Steele Auto Group. Worked there for six months figured it would get better,  it didn't and they are not interested in making a better working environment, huge staff turnover

People there appreciate the business and really respect their customers. Work as a team and people take care of each other. From the management team to the co workers are really really sincere people.

No communication 
Not friendly 
They expect to much out of their employees
No real training
Treated like a number not an employee 
Hard to advance
Don't care about any of their lower level employees 
If you get hurt in the job they'll blame you for it

Horrible work environment. Made to lie to the “top” sales man’s customers if he didn’t want to talk them. The anxiety I got working there was not worth the little pay.
