I have worked here for 3 years and i found the company to be great at listening to my needs and have given great advice on my career.

Before working in jewellery, i was in Apparel and I found it was a big change from chain stores to family operated stores.  Decisions were made quicker, owners were approachable and responsive.

Didn't talk to the owners much, but he was always available when i called for questions on products.  

I got the pay increases and benefits as promised after the probation period.  Look forward to learn more about diamonds and possibly taking some designated gems courses too.

The owners do a lot of racial discrimination and humiliates employees in front of other employees . I have seen them call an employee who is not on her shift and put her on speaker phone and belittle her in an employee meeting that was specially called for to humiliate this employee .
The owners wife has her core 5 people with whom she teams up and plans false accusations and eventually fires new employees.

The owners treat the employees like doormats and promise commission but never pays

Having worked for Fame Diamonds for many years in accounting, not only I have gained tremendous knowledge about the jewelry industry, but also been able to apply my professional knowledge and experience to the business as the business continues growing. The owners and management team are friendly, supportive, and care about employees. At Fame Diamonds, we always have birthday parties and pizza parties. The work is always busy, but I enjoy working here. 

The owners wife doesn’t let any new hire stay , she teams up with her followers and gets them fired based on false accusations .

The owners hire talents and pay them for a few days to steal the other companies resources and tools and after they get them from the new hires, they fire them immediately

The work environment is very friendly, the management is excellent, the employees help each other kindly. The manager's behavior is very friendly and intimate and I am very happy to have a good manager.
I recommend that if you have the opportunity to work here, be sure to choose here for work

Fame Diamonds given me the chance to work and prove myself. I have work for more than 10 years and I can say that I am happy and learn lot of things in this line of business. Owner always available when you need to talk to them and needed a help. They are professional and treat everyone nice and like a family.  

Promised by owner 40 hrs per week even after christmas over n in new year
As soon as jan started started making all sorts of excuses n cut my hours to 28 then 22 then 18 n finally 9 hrs per week
The staff has no authority to give discounts
Everything u write in a book n then phone the owner
Never saw this nonsense anywhere

I have been working for this company more than 10 years and I'm happy where im now , happy to help customers find what they are looking for ,and happier to see them coming back .

I am glad to be with this company for years. The owners are very sympathetic to the staff. The working hour can accommodate me and the staff are very co-operative and friendly.   Besides my professional experience, I can also gain more new product knowledge every day.  Thanks Artic fame Diamonds.

workplace culture is very poor, associates are alway fighting about the sales and there in no commision.
Management is  very poor and does not know how to deal with employees, no clear policies.
