I'm currently replacing the chef cosmetician who has been on sick leave for almost a year therefore the days I work are very busy. I have to catch up on all the emails, inventory, meet with representatives, make orders, and other tasks that I must take care of. 

I've learned how to better manage myself and keep organized, the day can pass quickly which is why I always have a plan written out of the tasks that I must complete. Also, both my job at Familiprix and my schooling at John Molson School of Business has taught me a lot about marketing, as to where would be the best eye-catching place for products, cost vs profit, and consumer behaviour. 

I work at a very friendly environment, my co-workers are very amicable. 

I would say the hardest part of my job would be when I'm overwhelmed with so much to do at once, however I always find a way to think positively and manage to get everything done before time. 

The most enjoyable part of my job is learning about the new products we receive through the representatives or through the formations I attend. Also, helping the customers find the product that best for their needs and having them return and thanking me, I feel most satisfied that I've done my job well.

I learned how to manage working with different people on different days. I learned to manage my time and learn the ability of working under pressure. I had opportunity to expand my skills as pharmacy technician with different experience each day. I learned how to bw independent and stay positive. I had accomplished problems with costumers and able to assist them at their satisfactions. I get along with different co-workers that I work with everyday. I had experience tough days and circumstances at work and learned how to fix them. I would always cherish working with different people regardless their different personalities. I would enjoy the job with a respected employer or employees.

Management is disorganized and lacks transparency, frequently laying off employees without clear reasons. The atmosphere is toxic, with low morale and poor communication. There’s a lot of cronyism, where favoritism is shown to certain individuals, leading to an unfair work environment. Teamwork is virtually nonexistent, and there’s no support from leadership. Employees are often left to fend for themselves with little guidance or encouragement. Overall, it’s a frustrating and demoralizing place to work, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Management in pharmacy:
Lead staff members in the pharmacy by assigning work tasks
Supervising, training, and scheduling work shifts for all employees. 

Lab Technician: 
Ensuring the information on the clients’ prescriptions is accurate, adding new prescriptions to their file
receiving prescriptions
reviewing customer files and updating them with any changes in personal information or medical condition.

Space for advancement and with a good team, I always feel comfortable working and appreciate the support I receive from management. I enjoy having variable tasks to keep me busy throughout the day.

Love working here manger is the nicest and commis are super nice also. People always friendly and want to have conversations. free unpaid 15 minute break any longer have to clock out but overall good place very calm

my step by familiprix showed me many new things. First, it was my first job where I acquired a great experience, both at work and with clients and other workers.

Our boss is very generous and very kind.

Working at the pharmacy was fun and with good co staff.

Critical thinking is also a must and should work multitasking.
