If you love children and you want to know more about autism or anything related to ABA, this place is a good start to work. The consultants and SBIs will help you if you have difficulities with the children and answer your questions. Yes this company gives you flexible schedule, but this job is really tiring. You will be asked to be energetic or have the same level as the kids you support for. You wont get any benefit unless moving forward to the next level such as SBI (but you have to re apply for this position), automatic vacation, and holiday's payment. Holiday's payment is ONLY IF you suppose to have any session on that day. Less payment for sure compared to other companies or if you self employed as a BI. 

This company is highly supportive and was a perfect opportunity to learn more about my related field. In a given day, my goal is to complete an outlined behavioral program, which is custom-fitted to match the needs of our client. I worked one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, which is challenging because they often had difficulty with expressing what they wanted to communicate. My most enjoyable part of the job was the learning from not only the team, but the client and the family. The personal relationship with them allowed me to see beyond the superficial, and saw deeper into the lives of families with children who have autism.

The workplace is generally fun and challenging. However, each workplace is different depending on the child and family you are working with. Some families are passive and give all the responsibilities of training the child to the BI (behavior interventionist). Other families are very supportive to the BI and make sure they help the BI in teaching the child complete all the program targets. 

As someone new to the profession and the nature of the work, FCPG has provided lots of support by conducting onboarding courses and consistent overlaps with senior BIs or with Behaviour consultants. They're also pretty flexible with schedules as the BI can communicate directly with clients and organise rescheduling. The only downside is that we are expected to transit to client's houses and there isn't much job security due to funding.  

It’s a very supportive place to work, offering numerous opportunities for learning and feedback on sessions with different clients. The job can be challenging, given that each child has unique support needs, but it becomes easier as you get to know them. However, job stability may be a concern, with the possibility of frequent cancellations, especially during holidays or when a child is sick.

If you're looking to start a career in the field of ABA then this organization is not that bad. Consultants are helpful but you also need to be highly motivated, dedicated and resourceful specially when encountering challenges with your clients. Salary was ok to start with but after a year i never got any raise after my performance evaluation as agreed on the contract.

This is a fabulous workplace for undergraduate students in psychology or social work. Opportunities to learn first-hand therapeutic modalities, working in multidisciplinary teams, learning to collaborate and program development. This is great for having a flexible schedule, and working around classes.

As I feel very luck to be working at FCPG, I encourage people to work as well. 
Excellent place to work, everyone is very welcoming and I'm always feeling motivated to give my best and have such a great sense of moral fulfilment because of the services we provide, helping kids achieve their full potential. 


Received great support from my behavioural consultant. The hours were flexible and it was nice being able to choose which kids I worked with depending on the location and time. Workers could be compensated for gas/parking as lots of driving is required between clients

Very supportive teams and most of the BCs. When I have any issue with the clients, the BC always checked in to see if they could help to resolve in any way. You get to learn a lot as an early BI and proper training. However the wage is low compared to other places
