You are expected to overwork yourself. Never enough time in the day because you are always understaffed. As a member of management in the group home (team lead or team leader) you are a floor staff as well as management. Constantly torn between two roles. No breaks, underpaid, no overtime as management. Oncall without proper compensation. 

Family Options is not a place of work that I will recommend for anybody to work they do not have the wellbeing of their staff, is all about working for them, no benefit, the $3 that Government asks them to give staff they did not give until they were taking to court by the Union, even as at that they did not pay if you ask them for employment letter you will not get the letter until after two weeks the letter will not be sent to you but direct to the personal email of the person that needs the letter from you. 

If you are just coming out of school and want to make OK money and get some experience, this job is good for you -
I Also recommend working part time here... 
Nobody lasts more then 2 years full time, its just to stressful to last that long. 
some of the clients are wonderful to work with. If you have patience and you want to learn something and you need Money & your okay being ALWAYS ON CALL and ALWAYS AT WORK than work here :)

I think the future at FO looks great.

Not a good place to work, bad management, unfair labor practices. Bully company. DONT GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRETE.
Useless place to work, they always look for a way to terminate their staff before they finish their probation. Exodus of staff very common. Always hiring and firing.

Very horrible working environment 
with no structure in place.
There is no respect for staff and you have to use your personal car to transport clients to programs and appointments. The management is very unprofessional, rude and lacks any etiquette . The worst place to work ever

I enjoyed working there I got to watch the kids grow up and was lucky enough to have the chance at understanding what it’s like to be an adult or deal with responsibilities at hand. It was hard I’ll admit they came from a bad home but they got on the right track and I’ve made a difference in their lives

Supervisors are required to work on the floor and complete management tasks. It is better suited in my opinion to not have the supervisor working on the floor. 

Company has you working with very high behavioural clients and does not have coverage for you if you get injured. even though they want you to do containments
