Very high pressured environement. However, management made you feel like you wanted to go to work every day.

Typical call center environment but with a fun flavoring. Providing coaching and mentoring.
co-workers were all great and got along well.
Mostly enjoyed celebrating employees successes and working together as a team.

Working there as a computer technician was fun but the issue was that the union stopped them from paying us more since they said we just answer the phone same as everyone else. This is despite the fact we were certified professionals.
Other then that it's a fun group of people

Admittedly a cubicle farm, this place was at least filled with friendly coworkers and supervisors. Work was monitored for quality and criticisms that were given were of a constructive nature. Training was thorough and workshops were held to build familiarity with the products and clients.

I was doing inbound calls and closing sales. As a supervisor it did come with more responsibility. I thrive on more responsibility. Some days it was challenging dealing with angry customers and employees that were working outbound calls. over all it was a great experience

Great team environment. Continues rewards and commission based. Conveniently located, and place for growth.  Worked under a contract for Bell Canada for two years. Placing orders for Bell Products.

i worked for this company for a short time. i was not sure if this was i right fit for me.

The environment was very stressful.  I learned how to deal better with people.

I am not sure if there is still a customer service department in there however there was when I worked there. I do not know much about the job any longer.
