Great  facility to work at i would recommend this facility the staff are great very hard working they work well with each other they treat residents with care whatever you are not sure about they are always there to give a lending hand. There  are different activities  and games for residents to participate in clean environment.

Hca  have teamwork , work load is not to much

If the residents get sick, as hca we got extra work

Safe to work there ,they have good people there very understanding 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy busy , sometimes you forget to take a break

I loved my interview. It was very pleasant and professional. Once I got in it was great to have HCA’s who trained me to be very nice with me. I just found that the HCA’s wear too many hats and have to be very rushed with the residents due to time restraints. I was literally running from room to room trying to take care of everyone. It’s highly stressful.

The exposure I ahd at South Health Calgary Center has helped me to be more comfortable with talking with individuals and families.

My managers, team and wonderful residents all of it .

Haven’t encountered anything yet

Compassionate, understanding,accommodating 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy , sometimes challenging mostly smooth

-you have to adapt the work routine
-be responsible and be accountable
-co-workers are communicating very well to achieve certain goal for a client
-the most enjoyale part of the job is when clients recognize you, smile and tell stories about their weekends.

Not a good place to work 
Lack of Training only 1day training
not fair treatment
Work overloaded
Management not so good not concern with the health issues/ has discrimination
Wages are not rising
Management Team giving too much issues

I did my practicum in this company and I love to work in the site. Residents and Staff are awesome friendly and very nice. Wish to look forward in this company. All staff are very helpful and supportive. I always wish to be a part of the company one day!

The staff are very friendly.  The enviroment is inviting, and I learned a lot.  The residents were fun to work with!

Not professional .   And unless you be a family member to Management don’t apply - cuz you won’t get the job    
The residents are amazing and are the biggest reason I went to the work
