I have worked for this company twice while in between jobs and have been pleased both times with the experiences. Management is friendly and responsive, good communication within the company, pay is weekly auto-deposit which is nice. The other drivers also have all been fantastic characters and willing to help. Scheduling is very flexible, set it yourself on the app beforehand and is always accommodated accordingly. Availability of picking up additional shifts is an easy process as well, you get notified everytime there is something available on a FCFS basis. Overall a very user friendly system that is easy to use and functional. This is a great part-time gig if you are in between jobs, or are looking to make extra $ in your spare time. I really appreciate the opportunity and would recommend this company to anyone looking to make some extra money. 

I was hired by Feastify near the beginning of the company start up. Ive been working for them for 6 years now. It has been the best job I’ve ever had. The company culture is casual, fun and inclusive. It’s a rapidly growing company with some top notch restaurants using their platform. I am looking forward to growing with Feastify for many years to come. I see some negative reviews, and I don’t believe them to be accurate. If you have a good work ethic, are reliable, do your best work, and actually care about your job you will love working here. If you have a bad work attitude to begin with, you will have the same negative issues with every company you work for in my opinion. Flexible hours, great life work balance, great co-workers and good benefits. How busy you are depends on your position.

I have been working with Feastify for 1.5 years now. I have two positions with Feastify and I must say I do enjoy my job very much! It is a growing company in my area and we definitely need more advertising to help grow our customer base in the city where I deliver. 
It is a great secondary income and if you have a car that has good gas mileage then you will always make well over what you use in gas.
The Feastify team and everyone I have had communication with threw out the company are apsolutly wonderful to speak with and work with. 
I enjoy getting to know the people of my community with the Feastify food delivery service and I hope to continue to help this food delivery service grow in my community with great customer service and a friendly encounter every time :-)

Interview wasn't even really interview just your standard "are you legal" questions and immediately they send a contract for you to sign. This contract basically disregard everything it says you will be asked to do more then fair and when you deny you are gaslight and blamed for being unfair to the other drivers. Unfair pay per delivery. Dispatch will harass you during your shift if you are not 100% complient 100% of the time including off your shift. Poorly managed, unprofessional. When they say flexible time they mean flexible around their expectations of your availability.

Good company so far very easy and work for yourself. The more orders you take and the quicker they get done the more $$$ you make lots of no contact orders delivered to the door and sometimes it quite busy so you van make alot.


They blame the driver for how the restaurant packages the items and missed items, WHEN THE RESTAURANT SEALS THE BAG and they say everything is inside. 

The drivers app is also glitchy. You'll have orders, but the don't show up. 

You have to schedule your availability in advance. Like no. My actual job comes first. 

Oh, and the app is in Manitoba time and you're not allowed to change it. 

A typical day involved making less than minimum wage, then taking my less than minimum wage and picking up orders for people who DO make minimum wage, then i get home to my less than minimum wage apartment, eat a less than minimum wage meal, take a less than minimum wage shower, maybe a less than minimum wage BM, then start over the next day all for less than minimum wage.

i had the worst experiences working with feastify. im glad they folded because a company that treats ppl like that should not last long. i have worked for many delivery companies and never was i treated like i was with feastify. this is why delivery driver unions are needed. 

Great communication between scheduler, dispatch and management. There are sometimes mix ups with restaurants not packaging orders correctly. The dispatch team is great at working with the restaurant to correct issues and keeping the drivers in the loop on needs for redeliveries to ensure the customer receives what they paid for. 

feastify operates in small towns, There are day shift and night shift, you will be assigned to the shift that you are available. It's a great side job to make extra income. earning depends on how busy your area is. Once you know the area, delivering can be easy, works a few hours of a day, makes some extra income.
