Fenety Marketing

I started at Fenety Marketing when I completed High School, I learned and gained so much valuable sales and marketing experience. I left as I wanted to expand my potential future and I wanted to go on to different forms of sales and marketing, as well as advertising. I worked with a lot of wonderful co-workers that i created friendship with, management was great, I parted ways on very good terms, the owner understood where I was coming from as in wanting to gain experience in all forms of sales, advertising and marketing, I was young at the time, He told me that the door will always be open as I was on what's called the A team, which was the team of top earners. I felt I was making a positive step to better my work experience that turned me into the professional that I am today. It felt like a risk at the time however the knowledge and experience I gained proved to be more valuable than I ever thought.

I was not there long . the couching was the first sign that this place was no good. The couch 3 days in training was makeing threats of me losing my job on the spot aka traing. He physcially hit the station when he did that. The calls are mainly older people that we try to get money found raised for the police fire dept or légion. What we dont tell the clint when on the phone we get 10 to 20 percent of the donations as a bounses . then more of it goes to us.

It was fun with the games and stuff but it's alot of cold calling and quota's for lack of a better term.  Stressful, repetitive speeches and days seem so long.  Alot of pros and cons.

Good money, even if you're not in sales, they have excellent training.
I joined up with 0 sales experience at 18; I became a top performer through their mentorship.
They have this awesome guy who goes around giving everyone free food, and they also have an annual boat party and other activities through their social committee.
It's like a family, and everyone is super understanding and helpful.

Management has been so welcoming. Yes you are expected to meet sales, but what job doesn’t expect some type of performance. 

Only been with them two months, but I feel at home. Good pay if you meet your required hours (and I haven’t even gotten into the bonuses). 

Possibly the best company I’ve ever been with, and I’ve had my fair share of jobs. 

Highly recommended. Can certainly be repetitive. The lows are equally matched by the highs. 



Doing fundraising in this hard economical time is very hard. To competitive if your doing good getting lots of sales good  they will give you the recognition but if not you don’t. There are perks with different activities but as far as praise, job well done regardless forget it. 

Had a good time working for the company was confident and felt good calling people for donations toward's good causes .such as the police crimes toppers fire department and benifit hockey games.

Fenety Marketing is a fantastic place of employment. Benefits an Bonuses are avaiable. Management and staff are great to work with. If you enjoy being on the phones this is a great job!!

I've worked at Fenety Marketing for almost 5 years, they are the best bunch of people to work for, more like family in my experience . I would highly recomend Fenety as an employer.

your taking money from people and giving it to the comnpany. your telling them it will all go to a good cause, when in reality, maybe 10-25% goes to the cause and the company keeps the rest. terrible company.
