A typical day was NO TRAINING for the first two months! There is no sharing of sales/ market/ pricing ideas or strategies. This group is frozen with fear…brainwashed to say nothing! Lifeless culture on a petrie dish has more warmth and caring interaction!  Management are awful! They LOVE systems and process, PC’s, and “gotcha” moments! Human interaction and ongoing communication are not in their playbook! The worst part of the job was just working at Fenplast! The most enjoyable part was leaving the building to see customers in their homes. I put through 5 sales and over $150,000 in live quotes. So the process is clear…sell and quote lots, then be “let go” for “not meeting performance expectations”prior to the three-month probation period is up. Then they hand your efforts over to the long-time veteran sales person who sells less, and does not talk or help! At least 2-3 sales people have met the same fate this past year! So leave your belongings behind, exit through a window or door quickly, and run very far away!

It's a stable job they give lots of gifts and lots of extras such as gifts and lunches even take us to canadiens hockey game every 5 years

They treat us like a new worker even after 20 years they treat you like you just started

They are like a cult in the office a click of people that don't give you a chance to advance no matter how good or hard you work

Typical 9 to 5 full of stressful moments working with a team that has no business working there with no capacity to help in any way

I worked for Fenplast for 7 years. 
We have a union that doesn't stick up for its employees, the management is upside down, the company always makes it seem like they're taking steps to improve things for the he employees benefit -- but the first chance they get -- you really see how important the employees are. And that's not at all. 
We are disposable. And this company only cares about profit.

blah. work is rough, dayshift hours are kind of off the wall, and if you have kids dont expect any leisure to bring them to school. your shift will start at 7:15 and that means your at your post at 7:12 or your considered late and given a warning.
