I've worked at Ferguson for over 6 years and at first, it was a great company, staffed with people that knew what they were doing from the upper echelons of management to the drivers and swampers, it was a great place to work but steadily as the years went by, it got progressively worse due to penny pintching, dispatchers quit repeatedly and so did managers until an incompetent manager and dispatcher were hired, and much cheaper temp workers and skimming from paycheques in a bid to save money was the norm

The guys I work with are excellent they know what they’re doing which is a bonus.  I love going to work knowing the day won’t be stressful working with greenhorns, not that I don’t like working with greenhorns they gotta learn somehow Am I right? Any who Ferguson Surrey branch uses an App called “When I work” and it shows on that day what we’re looking at for the day and what we’re moving into just little things go a long way.  I feel that my time with Ferguson’s will help me get back on track with money, saving, fitness, and well being knowing that I’m helping families and people move.

I’ve worked at several different moving companies in my life, and so far Ferguson Surrey branch is the best one I’ve gotten the pleasure of getting to know.

I worked at the Surrey office in Bridgeview. I was a truck driver. The pay was good,reliable no issues.  The 5ton and 3ton were in good shape. The customers were great.  The only drawback was the management and some personnel issues. Never really knew who you would be working with. The vaping in the trucks was disgusting. The good people don't stay. The management of the Surrey office,  both of them, were struggling with their own issues.  Depends on what kind of work environment you are willing to be in. 

While I was employed with Ferguson I quickly worked my way up to crew leader/driver within 6 months, which also came with more money. This job is not for those who require consistency or a steady reliable pay cheque, although the pay is good there are times where I was sitting at home for 4-5 days, and other times where i worked 20+ days straight.

The movers are great people overall. My coworkers all helped me to get jobs done. I feel the management at the North Van Office was good and there were some mistakes but everything was addressed. There was a good amount of communication for the ops mgr. Good bonus pay for every happy client

We're opening both corporate locations and franchise locations with centralized support from our Burnaby offices. 

I spent a good majority of my years working for the best group of people a person could hope to work with.

Nice place nice people. I learned and earned well. I really miss this place wish I could work again . We got opportunity to work with many clients and office staff is very friendly. Manager and the dispatcher was super awesome 

Great moving company had a blast working as a swamped they even pay to have you stay out somewhere in hotels if need be to get a job done. Honestly miss working for Ferguson. Salary was a bit too loose for cost of living in my area.
