You can survive here only if you are a brown noser. You are under the bus before you know it. Horrible culture. Lots of two faced people in management roles who have created a gang against others. Their nose is always brown and that's why they have survived. If Pinocchio was real, some of those people in shiny offices would have their nose a few meters already and it would be brown too. OMG!!! I have never worked in such an unhealthy environment in my entire 18 years career. I am going to look for another job. You all out there, please do NOT apply to the jobs here. You will regret it on your first day.

Very supportive management that are open to communication and very approachable. They have encouraged and given me all the guidance I need to succeed. But they have also given me the flexibility I needed to make the job mine. All my coworkers are so friendly and helpful. 
After having read the negative reviews, I was hesitant to accept a job here. I am so thankful I ignored the reviews and accepted the position. 

In my 20 plus years in the pharmaceutical industry this is absolutely the worse place I’ve ever worked. From incompetent and ineffective management to the abusive culture that exists within this organization makes it a very stressful place to work. At least that was my experience within the group I worked with. I can only describe it as the most toxic environment I’ve ever seen and would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is such a mess and revolving door. Absolute chaos, hectic, toxic, unhealthy, unsafe environment to work. Lying and gossiping are the norms. Insecure people who back stab you. They lie and gossip routinely. Thankfully, I found another job. This company needs a big clean up.

No reward for doing good, no punishment for people being lazy, this is why people ignore. if you try to do good you will be looking F**king St***d in this company, because nobody encourages you or is willing you to do things good.


They let people go with no reason, the work environment seems okay at first but overtime you realize there is a lot of gossip in management. They belittle people, and the benefits are not good

Horrible company and management. Dismissed after sickness with no cause even with proper doctor's notes provided to them. I never recommended this failed company to anyone.

Not worth your time, skills or energy. This place sucks the life out of you. The pay is terrible (all pun intended). Unprofessional management. Turnover rate is high.
